Our main objective was to have Upqode redesign our existing website. The creation of the site map provided an excellent starting point to the site organization and created the framework for how all pages would be mapped. We were able to reduce the total number of web pages to create a more efficient and seamless user experience.

Good value for cost

Total redesign of the website on desktop and mobile, including 20+ pages ranging from audience to resource.

Website traffic stats are not measurable yet, but we expedited the website in phases to match up with some important dates where we were expecting traffic to the site. More SEO and metadata have also been included in the new site that did not exsist in the old site.

We needed to expedite many of the pages in order to meet our deadlines, and Upcode managed to quickly turn around the pages and speed through the development. Despite this, the pages still looked and operated beautifully.

The ability and willingness to adjust to time-sensitive needs, and produce a website that is functional and looks great.

Information organization: I think that some requests got lost in very long email threads. Not sure if there is a management system that would be able to help assign tasks and sort comments and important links, but that might be helpful for very large projects (like a website).

The scope of work included the design and development of a custom website tailored to our business, from initial concept through launch. I’m the digital marketing and fundraising manager of NPH USA, a non-profit organization that supports children and families living in poverty through education, healthcare, and family services that build brighter futures.

We hired UPQODE to redesign and redevelop our website to create a more modern, user-friendly experience that better reflected our organization’s mission and programs. Our goals included improving site navigation and mobile responsiveness, migrating a large amount of existing content, creating scalable page templates for future growth, optimizing site performance and SEO, and improving the overall donation and user journey experience. We also wanted a platform that would be easier for our internal team to manage and update long term.

UPQODE handled the full redesign and redevelopment of our website, which was a large-scale digital modernization project for our organization. The scope included discovery and strategy workshops, UX/UI design, WordPress development, content migration, mobile optimization, site architecture restructuring, and technical implementation across a website with more than 70 pages.

We worked together from June 2025 through March 2026. The project has been completed, and we continue to work with UPQODE on ongoing maintenance and support requests as needed.

The new website significantly improved the overall UX, site stability, and internal efficiency for our team. Before the redesign, we were dealing with ongoing plug-in issues, inconsistent mobile performance, and technical limitations that created friction for both donors and staff. After launch, the website became much easier to manage internally and provided a more streamlined and modern experience for users across devices.

UPQODE’s project management was one of the strongest parts of the experience. Their team was organized, responsive, and consistently communicative throughout the entire project. Given the size and complexity of the website rebuild, they did a great job keeping timelines moving, coordinating feedback, and adapting as priorities evolved over the course of the project.

What impressed us most about UPQODE was their combination of strong technical expertise and genuine collaboration throughout the project. They did not approach the engagement like a standard website build. Their team took the time to understand our organization, our mission, and the challenges we were trying to solve from both a donor and internal operations perspective.

Overall, we had a very positive experience working with UPQODE and do not have any major areas we would point to for improvement. Large website projects naturally involve evolving priorities and unexpected challenges, but the team remained responsive, collaborative, and solution-oriented throughout the process. They were receptive to feedback, communicated clearly, and consistently worked with us to address issues as they came up.
