Visio Lending provides long-term financing for residential properties, whether it be vacation rentals, like Airbnb or Vrbo, or long-term rentals involving landlords and tenants. We also finance apartment complexes of up to eight units. I run the marketing department of the company.

We spend a lot of time on our website content, but we weren’t building organic links at the pace that we wanted. We turned to Stellar SEO for help.

Stellar SEO provides link-building services for our company. We started the engagement with a kick-off call where they asked us a bunch of questions and had us answer a questionnaire.

We searched for service providers and interviewed around 5–6 companies. Stellar SEO really stood out because of their processes, knowledgeability, and transparency.

Each yearly contract has been around $50,000, so we’ve spent $150,000 in total.

We started working with them three years ago, around March 2019. We have four more months on our current contract, and we intend to renew it after that.
