I'm an executive of a company in the blockchain space, I also act as the product owner. We offer web3 investors a platform to automate their monthly operations.

As an early startup, it was important for us to develop quickly a proof of concept to test our market, and then to move quickly to a secured well architected platform meeting all our industry best practices.

SpaceDev was highly recommended to us for their professionalism, structured approach and integration of development best practices. They also have worked in the past on very notable projects in the security space and with several blockchain projects.

The process was straight forward. Our in-house product designers had produced the UI and UX, we had a few meetings with their blockchain architect to define a simple, but sturdy and secured architecture that met our goals. Then we have weekly meetings, test processes and all state-of-the-art development practices.

We have 2 dedicated full-stack developers, a blockchain architect, a project manager and a QA.

SpaceDev has developed dMRV, a carbon registry, and logistics migration to Hedera. There have been various SOWs. dMRV has been the integration of the carbon dashboard and the setup of an IoT database built on blockchain. The registry has been a new build with new requirements. The logistics migration has been to move our production customers over without any service interruption. All of these have been full applications.

SpaceDev has ensured no interruption during migrations. Their project management has been good, and they've achieved SOC 2 compliance. The SOC 2 audit has been successful, and the migration has had no customer downtime. The project milestones have been generally met on time.

SpaceDev has delivered on time. Their project management skills and transparent communication using Scrum ceremonies have been good. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

SpaceDev has been flexible, pragmatic, solution-oriented, and friendly.

We've had some resource changes, but besides that, everything has been good.

Multi-Chain Packs:This functionality is critical to our goals of being unique in the market allowing users to buy their favourite coin from all different blockchains within one pack and one transaction. Core functionalities to include:· Custom User Creation of Multi-Chain Pack. For example user to be able to add a coin that is in the Solana Blockchain and also a coin that is on Ethereum Blockchain · Users are able to Buy a pack that contains multiple blockchain coins. · Users are able to Sell the pack they bought which has coins across multiple blockchains · Admin Functionality that allows Admins to create pack with coins across multiple blockchains · Restriction of user can only sell the pack using the same blockchain they used to buy the pack. For example if user bought a pack using the SOL then they can only sell/withdraw the amount in SOL. o User must not be provided with options for any other blockchains other than the one used to buy the pack Single coin purchases:This functionality is critical to our goal of being a ‘one-stop shop’ where users may not want to purchase a pack but would like to only purchase a single coin that is added to our platform as they trust the selection from being potentially a ‘Hard-Rug’ due to Byrrgis vetting coins before allowing on platform. Core functionalities to include:· Users are able to Swap a single coin that is on any blockchain. · Users are able to Sell a single coin that is on any blockchain. Website UI Updates:We are currently working with a branding company to provide us with new branding and designs for Byrrgis. They will provide designs within Figma. Core functionalities to include:· Website font to follow new branding · Website Colour schemes to follow new branding · Website Language and tone to follow new branding · Website layout to follow new designs Real-Time Data points:This is a key function that will allow our users to make conscious decisions around their trades. Their project management has been excellent with clear communications of timelines and deliverables with prompt notice on whether timelines are impacted based on scope changes. They have been very accomodating to our needs as this is a new platform we have required scope to be adjusted in flight and SpaceDev have managed the demand and given realistic solutions based on timeline working admirably to ensure the impact to timelines are kept to minimal.

SpaceDev have vast knowledge in the area of Web3 development. They understood our requirements clearly and efficiently. They have also been very accomodating to our requirements, questions and scope changes to MVP requirements whilst also helping us plan future development post MVP.

We appraoched SpaceDev with the intetntion of auditing our existing build and identifying any key issues. SpaceDev have improved our platform in almost every way possible, but here are a few key points:

The project management was excellent. The team went above and beyond to deliver on what was needed within the given timeframe and were constantly available for questions and discussions. Despite the different timezones, we did not feel disconnected from the work that was being done at any point. Daily updates were always provided, alongside detailed hourly breakdowns of what was worked on and for how long. As clients, we were totally saitsfied with the level of enagement and response to our requests.

Includijg Federico, we enjoyed every one of our numerous interactions with them as we moved through the scope, and we see a long partnership taking form going into the future.
