Spaceberry designed the UX and UI for Phantm’s Packaging Intelligence Platform from scratch. The scope covered two distinct product surfaces: a client-facing platform for enterprise FMCG brands, and a separate supplier portal for packaging data collection and validation.

The platform design is on track for development handover. Spaceberry delivered a complete set of Figma designs across all key screens within the sprint timeline, incorporating feedback from multiple stakeholders without losing design coherence. The brief evolved significantly during the engagement and the team adapted without needing to restart from scratch.

Spaceberry were well-organised throughout. Deliverables arrived on schedule, Figma was kept up to date between sessions, and feedback was actioned promptly. Communication was clear and professional — they asked good questions in calls and followed up appropriately in writing. When a senior designer went on leave mid-sprint, the team covered without any drop in quality or momentum. They responded to a complex, evolving brief without needing to be chased.

Virtual Meeting

This is a data-heavy enterprise product with multiple user roles, two separate product surfaces, and a brief that evolved significantly during the engagement. Spaceberry never lost the thread. The work across screens feels considered and consistent, not like a collection of individual deliverables. They think like product designers, not just UI executors.

I'm the VP of product for 365 Retail Markets, a company that provides self-service retail technology solutions, including integrated software, payment processing, and point-of-sale hardware for food service operators in various industries worldwide.

Spaceberry Studio worked with us on the design of our agency website from the early structural stage through to the final visual design. The process included defining the website structure, improving the way we present our services, and designing a modern visual style that aligns with our brand. The team created wireframes, developed the visual concept, and designed several key pages and components that form the foundation of the website. Deliverables included: UX structure and navigation for the website Wireframes for the main pages Full UI design for the website interface Layouts for core pages such as Home, About, Services, and Contact Design components and visual elements for consistent styling Final design files ready for development

The new design helped us present our agency in a much more polished and structured way. Internally, it made it easier for our team to communicate our services and value proposition when sharing the website with potential clients. We also received positive feedback about the visual style and clarity of the new layout. Overall, the updated design gave the website a more professional and confident feel.

The collaboration was well organized and straightforward. Communication was clear throughout the project, and the team was very responsive whenever we had questions or requests. They delivered design milestones on schedule and were open to discussing adjustments when needed.

Overall, the experience was very smooth. In the future it could be interesting to explore a few more visual variations during the early concept phase, but the final result met our expectations and the team was always receptive to feedback.

Spaceberry Studio has designed the Saludia app for our main end client. We've worked with them daily to design the app from scratch. The team has handled all the UI design for web, mobile, iPad, and iOS.
