I serve as the CEO of Softwash Nation, Inc., a consumer services company that pioneered professional soft washing in South Florida. Our company specializes in safe, low-pressure roof and exterior cleaning that delivers superior results while protecting homes and buildings from the damage associated with traditional pressure washing.
What challenge were you trying to address with SEO Brand?
The primary challenge we were trying to address was gaining a clearer understanding of the return on investment for every dollar we spend on Google Ads. As our marketing efforts grew, it became increasingly important to ensure that our ad spend was being tracked accurately and generating measurable results. What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Our Google Analytics shows a monthly increase in our job count and amount billed. Our leads have doubled per week since October 2025, and we’ve seen an average 15% increase in the amount billed per job. Our ROI has also increased. While we pay more per month for Google Ads, our overall cost per campaign (CPC) has decreased.Moreover, SEO Brand has integrated attribution into our CRM reporting, which has given our sales and sales management better visibility and invaluable feedback on our campaigns.

SEO Brand has been very timely and effective from a project management perspective. Are there any areas they could improve?
t would have been helpful if the team had spent more time educating us on SEO fundamentals at the start of the engagement, especially regarding analytics. Many of the metrics can be difficult for non-marketing personnel to interpret without some initial context and guidance.
