We were a fairly traditionlly run business that's been running for over 25 years and that came with a general lack of attention to our brand design and messaging. The scope of work was to reinvent our identity which will respected the past but looking towards the future.

When we set off on this project, we had very disjointed branding, and our messaging did not sit cohesively with how many verticals we were covering. Since the rebrand, we have internally found a better sense of identity and a cohesive design representation of why we do what we do.

Mr. Nevilso managed our project, and he was extremely responsive and delivered the project within the time frame. Most of our coordination was over text and teams, but he did visit our office in UAE to have an in-person meeting before the project started, which I think boosted our confidence in SeekThem.

I think quick response is very important. Being in the marine industry, I think we have gotten used to quicker-than-average response times, and SeekThem was able to keep up well. The time to completion for each phase was estimated well with no major delays.

The project resulted in a fully developed brand identity and packaging system for Lexo, covering six chocolate variants. This gave us a consistent, ready-to-market toolkit that reflects our positioning as a premium zero-added-sugar Belgian chocolate brand.
