We needed help leveling up a sub-brand of our main brand.

Riotters took our existing brand and created unique 3D assets just for name.com. The team created assets that were in brand and told an abstract story. The deliverables included: one primary 3D asset and a library of supporting 3D graphics. Riotters handled the entire design process once we showed them our current brand and met a few times to discuss our goals.

Riotters’ work improved and made our brand recognition unique. We’re building out all of our assets now. This brand is new, so it’s the perfect time to quickly add designs.

Riotters’ team was quick to respond and took our notes to make iterations in one shot. Although we didn’t need to provide much feedback, the team nailed it on the first try majority of the time.

I hired Riotters to provide a new design for a new project on a tight deadline, improve existing UI/UX, and create wireframes for engineers to consider various scenarios.

I was familiar with Riotters’ work, and I had a tight deadline that didn’t lend uncertainty. They also understood how I worked because of our 5+ years of working together.

The project lasted from January–May 2025.

While we had a tight deadline, it just meant that we needed product meetings. The focused and targeted meetings, combined with our existing working relationship, allowed for fluid conversations, enabling quick planning and decision-making. Additionally, Riotters’ team effort to understand the industry helped them ask pertinent questions, further streamlining the process.

Riotters demonstrated excellent project management, particularly through their lead UI/UX individual, who was described as exceptional. They were flexible and accommodating to changes that arose during delivery. Crucially, they delivered on time and on budget. We communicated via Slack and Google Hangouts.

What I found most impressive and unique about working with Riotters was their profound investment in the project; they treated it as if it were their own, making my success their success. This level of commitment, combined with their top-notch, detail-oriented team, provided me with the flexibility to focus on the broader strategic aspects of the project. I had complete trust in their ability to manage their part without fear of failure or miscommunication.

While the project with Riotters was largely successful, the onboarding and invoicing process presented some challenges. These issues weren’t necessarily Riotters’ fault but rather stemmed from the client’s unfamiliarity with working with an international design shop and their stricter accounting protocols, which required more handholding. Specifically, the invoicing process was bumpy because, after the initial payment, no further invoices were sent until May. It would have been beneficial for Riotters to implement monthly or milestone-based invoicing, though this delay may have been due to changes that emerged during the discovery phase.

We needed to deliver a clear value proposition for our client's complex services offerings. We felt video was a medium that would allow us to show the problem and the solution in a storytelling format. The scope of the project included development of a 1 minute video with 3 key segments that would bring to life the value propositons for each of the client's 3 key services.

As this was a creative project, the number one measurement for success was client satisfaction with the quality of the end product and the creative storytelling that was contained within.

We utilized a Slack channel which was a highly effective way to communciate between the teams. The Riotters team was extremely responsive and very generous with their time as this project had a very tight timeline.

Their ability to take a simple concept or idea and translate that into a storyboard (and ultimately a video format) was incredibly impressive. Their creative ideation abilities were top notch and really delivered above and beyond our expectations for how the visual story could come together and get the messages we wanted across in an easy to understand (and enterntaining) way.

I'm an executive of Schwekas IT GmbH, an IT services company. We provide IT consulting and development services for web applications, including backend, frontend, middleware, and ERP systems.

I needed design elements for our new website, including an animated hero section, overall screen design, and custom illustrations.

Riotters created a screen design with animated 3D elements that fit our company based on descriptions. They also created sub-pages with custom illustrations. We needed a well-made 3D animation for our hero section. The illustrations were for sections of the services we offer.

We worked with three teammates from Riotters. Our first contact was with Dawid. We also worked with a project manager and a designer.

We found Riotters through online research and contacted them randomly. We had contacted many service providers, but Riotters was professional, and we really liked their direct approach.

We worked together through 2024 and 2025.

Riotters kept us in the loop constantly. They shared the progress and asked if the direction was good, which led to a successfully finished project. Our branding got stronger, and we received many compliments from our business partners. The 3D animations fit perfectly with our IT services. The same goes for the screen design and illustrations; they were unique but not too flashy.

Riotters delivered on time, and communication was very good — fast and on point. We communicated via Google Meet and Slack.

We liked that Dawid was straight to the point. There was no overselling, and they kept their word.
