Redlab has been working with us developing the Wordpress backend on several projects. They have developed three websites for our Annual Reports as well as the main REEEP website. They have built the entire Wordpress backend from scratch, provided cookie plug-ins, security checks, GDPR compliancy and hosting services.

The websites are functioning well and are easy to use.

Excellent project management, they are very attentive to our needs and wishes and questions. Time management has been good - they let us know how long things will take and have worked extra hard to meet deadlines. We value our relationship with our Project Manager who is our main contact at Redlab. He is very responsive and will always jump on a call to clarify any questions and make sure we are all on the same page about what is required.

Despite the ongoing war in their country, involving blackouts and power shortages on top of the emotional toll, they still manage to consistently deliver excellent work.

Redlab is responsible for the ongoing development and support of our platform over several years. The core of the work included backend development using Laravel, along with contributions to frontend development. The platform itself is a multi-level SaaS solution with different user roles, dashboards, and access levels. It integrates with external APIs such as Google Ads and TikTok to synchronize campaign data and enable efficient management directly from our system. In addition to the platform, Redlab also handled the development of our marketing website. Key deliverables included the architecture and development of the SaaS platform, API integrations, user role and access management system, ongoing feature development, platform improvements, and website development.

The platform is fully live and actively used by our team, partner agencies, and their clients. It has become a core part of our business operations, allowing us to manage advertising campaigns more efficiently across multiple channels. Over time, the system has been continuously improved with new features and enhancements, and it remains stable and reliable in day-to-day use. The fact that our clients are actively using the platform and relying on it for their operations is a key indicator of the project’s success.

Project management has been consistent and well structured throughout the collaboration. We have regular communication, including weekly syncs and status reports, which help us stay aligned on priorities and progress. The team is responsive and flexible, quickly addressing our requests and adapting to evolving requirements. Given the long-term and evolving nature of the project, their ability to stay organized and proactive has been especially valuable.

One thing that really stands out is that the Redlab team has been involved in the project from the very early stages and has grown with it over time. Despite the complexity of the platform and its architecture, they understand the system very well and are able to quickly get into new tasks. They don’t just follow instructions; they take initiative, do their own research, and come back with well-thought-out solutions. This makes the whole process much easier for us and gives us confidence that things are in good hands.

The main outcome of the project was the successful launch of the crypto education platform as a fully functional product.
