We are a gaming app and I am responsible for app growth.

We wanted to completely refresh our creative assets and create a new look and feel for the app stores to make them feel more elevated and enticing. Additionally, we wanted to test ASA campaigns for the first time, and we felt Redbox Mobile was a trusted partner to help us with this.

Redbox Mobile handled screenshot refreshes for our three apps and localized the creative assets accordingly to each market. They also did metadata refreshes and ran live events. We did a short ASA campaign that had mixed results.

I found Redbox Mobile through working with one of their partners and attending their events. I was very impressed with their creative arm and the vision they had for the app. They were competitively priced and gave an excellent pitch.

The creative changes were impactful, and conversions seemed to improve slightly. The metadata refreshes felt irregular, and we didn't do enough tests to make a big difference. Our ASA campaign results weren't good and didn't have any impact, so we pulled the campaign. With more investment and testing, I'm sure we could have gotten there, but our budgets weren't big enough to test this.

Without a doubt, Miray and her creative skills were impressive. She did such a brilliant job, and I can't sing her praises enough. Her work was recognized by the wider team.

Miray was reliable, produced excellent work, and built a good relationship. She was the standout person on the account and left me feeling satisfied with the contract.

We hired Redbox Mobile to help manage our Apple Search Ads campaigns through Astra, and deliver large campagins such as: Start of Season, Cheltenham, Grand National, FIFA World Cup and the Euros.

We needed to hit commercial KPI's over large campaigns as well as BAU. Most of these campaign KPI's were hit, and when we ran into any issues, such as high competition in the sector or low search volumes YoY, Redbox were great at thinking outside the box and implementing changes to align with our KPI's. They were proactive with campaign changes, budget recommendations and always went above and beyond to ensure that they met the needs of the busines- sometimes even working weekends!

The project management was great from the get-go and we were able to get our campaigns up and running through Astra within the first month. Weekly meetings, QBR's and weekly reporting was always met on time and they provided additional support on Slack and through email whenever needed and wherever possible.Our KPI's changed throughout the course of the two years, and they were quick to adapt their account management to meet our needs as well as work closely with Apple on pushing through creative, or ensuring that our campaigns were set up to best practise. Working with Redbox we established a seamless way of working and any deliverables were always met with an initiative that went above and beyond.

We found that they were great at establishing a seamless way of working between us, and managed to pivot towards KPI's that we set as and when they were set. The business sometimes needed last minute changes to KPI's or campaigns and the team were always on hand to sort those - even on the weekends if required!They also had their own recommendations on best practise for our account specifically and did not rely on Apple solely to make recommendations - this is what we found impressive, as it would have been easy to go along with everything Apple recommend, but that's not the Redbox way! When it came to budgets, they were always very savvy and ensured that we got the most out of our budget where possible.If there were issues outside of their control, they would be very helpful in coming to a solution to the problem, and highlighting exactly what the issue was. We worked with a few different people from Redbox and the transition to each member was always seamless!

Our scope of work with the Redbox Mobile team entails a clear strategy to improve our App’s presence on the store and to acquire quality users for our app. The team previously delivered App Store Optimisations for a lot of global geographies that included ASO for both iOS & Android and carried out CCP testing for several regions.In addition to the above, the team is actively managing Apple Search Ads services for different regions. The teams work closely together on a regular weekly basis to ensure improved performance and increased AP volumes across territories, share knowledge and insights on market trends and align on next steps.

Redbox ran our paid UA spend on Apple Search Ads for several years and did an amazing job of increasing scale and improving ROAS.

We had a D7 goal of at least 30%+ ROAS which they were consistently able to hit or exceed during their time managing our campaigns.

They were very responsive anytime we reached out and were consistent in sending updates on campaign performance and changes.
