Qream was engaged in early 2026 to design the full visual identity and event asset package for Spotify's annual Hack Week, themed "AI Amped." The scope covered brand development through to physical office materials, with a two-month delivery window ahead of the May 18 event.

The Hack Week site saw increased traffic compared to previous years, with more employees visiting the site ahead of and during the event. The refreshed visual identity gave every comms touchpoint, from email banners to Slack posts to office displays, a consistent and recognizable look that helped cut through internal noise.

Qream was excellent to work with from a project management perspective. They met every deadline throughout the engagement, delivering the full brand identity and asset package within the two-month window ahead of Hack Week. Turnaround times were consistently fast, even on ad hoc requests that came in outside the original scope.

The quality of Qream's creative work was the most impressive part of the engagement. They consistently delivered design options that felt fresh and distinctive, not just polished executions of a brief. The visual identity they built for AI Amped struck the right balance between being forward-looking and approachable, which is not easy to do with an AI theme.

Honestly, there is very little to flag here. Overall, the experience was smooth and the quality of work was consistently high.

We engaged Qream for a full redesign and development of our website, along with complementary marketing templates in the new style (pitch decks, social ad graphics, email newsletter).

We ran a (quite rushed!) phased launch so that the new site could go live in time for our busiest pitch season, and Qream hit that goal. Since launch we've seen an uptick in high-quality inbound, and internal satisfaction with the site has been consistently high across the team.

Qream delivered on schedule, even with a compressed timeline and a few last-minute changes, which they handled with real grace. Our project manager, Kate, is fabulous. She's organized, creative, and sharp, and she had a knack for taking our sometimes vague opinions and turning them into specific, workable suggestions. Communication was excellent throughout, run through a shared Slack channel, Loom walkthroughs, and virtual calls. They were incredibly responsive at every stage.

The technical work was genuinely strong, but what impressed us most was how well they captured our identity. Our company builds software for colleges and connects brands to campus. Most firms would have leaned entirely on campus imagery or entirely on a platform approach. Qream blended that campus feel with a modern platform sensibility, which is exactly the differentiation we needed the site to communicate.

Nothing meaningful comes to mind. The project moved fast, the communication was steady, and the result matched what we were after. We'd happily work with them again.

It included developing creative concepts and assets for campaigns. Even though we already had a parent brand, the team suggested a fresh visual direction, which was a bold move given the tight timelines. They presented several creative ideas for us to choose from and executed the selected directions. In total, they delivered 18 creatives across both campaigns, which was actually more than we initially expected. Qream also proactively prepared all necessary resizes for Google and Meta platforms, which made the whole process much smoother on our side.

We’re preparing for launch next quarter. However, from a delivery and quality standpoint, the results already exceeded our expectations.Their deliverables were stronger than anticipated, and the overall creative output feels very aligned with our product and target audience. We plan to come back with performance results after launch and maybe optimize the creatives based on learnings.

Project management was on top. Everything was delivered on time, even within tight deadlines (we went from discovery/ideas to production within 3 weeks).Communication, responsiveness, and overall client service were great. The team was very proactive and easy to work with.They handled feedback really well: we could give revisions once, and everything was updated properly without the need for additional rounds. That level of accuracy and understanding is rare.

The collaboration overall stood out. The interaction with both the designer and copywriter was very smooth and enjoyable. It really felt like a strong creative partnership. They understood our product and vibe, which reflected in the quality of the work.
