We are a influencers hiring company and I am the marketing manager.

I and my partner have founded a company that provide influencers on demand to companies looking for one. We started out to make a product that would allow anyone to hire an influencer for even one tweet, an insta story or a short video.

Promatics was our second choice when we were shortlisting vendors from India. Our preferred company was slow in responding and gave a higher quote. My partner wanted to go with them however I was not sure of their design skills. We talked to their CEO and decided to take the plunge after he made a strong case for Promatics. Thankfully we are not regretting today haha.

We were clear we needed a prototype first to gather feedback of the prime influencers on our list. Naturally they were asked to do the full UI of the app screens initially. This took more time than we envisioned because so many changes were done.

So, we had an account manager, a senior UI expert, two senior flutter developers, one nodejs developer and one react developer. That said they told us the work is quality checked by a QA every time it is submitted to us on Asana. Our account manager Rahul was good to work with. He kept hold of the project together with so many things being going on simultaneously.

The progress was visible once we had the full prototype submitted. That gave us the confidence that we are on the right track. The full app delivery in Nov is testimony of the completion.

The workflow highlight was the fast and responsive behavior of the whole team. Their availability to suit our schedule was helpful. Communication was not an issue and we were on zoom calls almost every other day. To be honest there were disagreements on many points during the development and at times we lose our cool but the team came back stronger.

After having worked with Promatics for a few months I can definitely say they are a bunch of diligent and honest guys. Their persistence is something that leaves you impressed.

They can improve upon their accounting practises as it can be confusing to some from Europe.

Promatics Technologies handled the full development of our telemedicine platform, starting with discovery and UX planning and continuing through design, development, testing, and deployment. Their team took time to understand our healthcare workflows and translated those needs into a practical, user-friendly solution for both patients and providers. Promatics Technologies handled project management professionally throughout the engagement. We had structured sprint planning sessions, regular progress updates, and consistent communication with their project management team. Their project manager maintained clear visibility into timelines, deliverables, and potential challenges. Weekly meetings helped keep all stakeholders aligned, and their team was proactive in addressing questions and technical decisions. Whenever we requested changes based on internal feedback or evolving business requirements, they responded thoughtfully and explained the impact of each adjustment. Instead of simply implementing requests, they helped us evaluate the best approach from both a technical and user experience perspective. During testing and deployment phases, their developers and QA team remained highly responsive, helping resolve issues quickly and ensuring a smooth transition into production. The collaboration felt more like working with an internal technology team rather than an outsourced development partner.

The most impressive aspect of Promatics Technologies was their understanding of healthcare requirements beyond software development. They focused on how every feature would impact patients, providers, and operational teams. Their team demonstrated strong problem-solving skills and regularly suggested improvements that helped simplify workflows and improve usability. They were not only focused on delivering requested features but also on creating a product that could succeed in a real healthcare environment. Their flexibility and willingness to adapt throughout the project were also valuable. As our priorities evolved, they remained collaborative and helped us make informed decisions without losing focus on the overall product vision. Overall, our experience with Promatics Technologies was very positive. One area where they could further improve would be expanding the post-launch administrative documentation with more advanced operational guides and troubleshooting examples. While they provided training sessions and technical documentation, having an even more detailed administrator handbook would have made internal knowledge transfer faster for larger teams. However, whenever we needed additional clarification, support, or documentation updates, their team was responsive and willing to assist. Their commitment to supporting the project continued beyond development and contributed significantly to the success of the engagement.

As a part of this pro bono initiative, Promatics technologies delivered a platform based on Python, ReactJS, and Serverless architecture. The project included a web-based front end with a facility search engine and an administrative panel enabling volunteers to add and edit facilities.

Successfully created a platform meeting K.I.D.S. Foundation requirements, enabling quick access to information about children’s hospitals. Implemented the Ukrainian language translation mechanism, which expanded platform accessibility.

Despite being a pro bono project, Promatics Technologies demonstrated great flexibility and adaptation to the NGO’s needs, supporting the K.I.D.S. Foundation in making key decisions regarding platform development. Despite limited time and resources, the project was completed ahead of schedule.

The scope covered end-to-end development of the core eInvoicing Hub platform. The solution involves the design and implementation of a scalable multi-tenant microservices architecture, supported by a centralized Rules and Formats Engine that enables dynamic format mapping, protocol adaptation, and seamless handling of regulatory updates. It includes a robust Accounts Receivable module covering invoice generation, validation, digital signing/sealing, and multi-channel dispatch via Peppol, national portals, and EDI, alongside an Accounts Payable module for efficient incoming invoice collection, normalization, data enrichment, and ERP export. The platform is further strengthened by API layers for native integration with ERP and CRM systems, a real-time monitoring dashboard with end-to-end traceability, and a secure foundation for compliant digital archiving and data protection.

The project successfully delivered a working foundation for the eInvoicing Hub, enabling centralized management of invoicing flows with demonstrated compliance adaptations for multiple countries. We achieved functional automation of key invoice validation and transmission processes. This laid a strong technical base that reduced our internal development burden and accelerated our go-to-market timeline for the enterprise solution.

How did they respond to needs? Promatics followed an Agile methodology with bi-weekly sprints and regular demos. Communication was clear via Jira, Slack, and scheduled calls. They generally delivered most sprint items on time, with good transparency on any blockers. When we had urgent requirement changes (e.g., additional country-specific format support or integration tweaks), the team responded quickly and reprioritized effectively without major disruptions. Overall, their project management was professional and collaborative.

Their team has shown strong technical competence in building complex, rules-based systems and handling intricate data transformations. They were proactive in suggesting efficient architectural approaches for scalability and compliance handling. As a mid-sized team based in India, they offered excellent value while maintaining good code quality and documentation standards.

While the delivery was solid, we occasionally experienced minor delays in documentation updates and would have appreciated slightly deeper domain expertise in international e-invoicing regulations upfront (we had to provide more guidance in that area). Earlier involvement of their QA team in edge-case testing for multi-country scenarios could have surfaced certain issues sooner.

Instead of overlapping schedules or missed follow-ups, the system allowed us to assign tasks clearly and keep clients informed in real time.

Their project management approach was structured and transparent. We had regular weekly meetings, and progress was shared through a tracking system where we could review ongoing tasks and provide feedback. They maintained good momentum throughout the project timeline. When adjustments were needed, especially during the mobile app development phase — they were responsive and took time to explain the implications before proceeding. There were moments where timelines shifted slightly due to added features on our end, but they handled these changes professionally and kept communication clear. We always knew where things stood.

Virtual Meeting

What stood out most was their ability to connect web, mobile, and internal systems into one cohesive solution. They don't just build separate tools; they create an ecosystem where everything works together. The mobile app, web portal, and admin dashboard all align with our workflow, which made adoption much easier for both our team and our clients. Their willingness to understand our business model and translate it into a functional product was particularly valuable.

If there’s one area they could refine, it would be spending more time early on mapping out mobile app user flows in detail. While the final product met our expectations, a deeper initial walkthrough of all user scenarios, especially on mobile could have reduced some back-and-forth during development. That said, they were always cooperative and open to feedback, so the process remained smooth overall.
