I am co-founder and CEO of a new company specialising in acquisition and growth of niche vertical software companies.

Our business is brand new and we needed to get a name, develop a brand and design & build a website

I ran a brief RFP with x5 vendors. I like Polar because of their previous work; their responsiveness; their ability to reflect back what I was looking for during the RFP; and pricing was reasonable

They spent time with me, understanding who I am and the organisation I want to build. They were able to immediately incorporate that into the work. They checked in at various stages to get input and feedback on their direction. They also helped us technically with website admin and domain admin.

I worked directly with the CEO, the senior design lead and design team. I also worked with their technical team.

Our company has a name that completely reflects what we are trying to do, backed up by a clear brand and logo. Our brand is mature, future-oriented and clear. We receive positive feedback constantly on the brand, logo and website.

They used Hive to communicate and update me on the project as well as email. We had regular check-ins to review content and when we agreed timelines they were generally adhered to - if for some reason there was a delay, this was discussed and agreed in advance.

Their commitment to the project and to delivering excellence - an excellent brand at very quality. They were particular on the details and our brand is better for that. They cared deeply about getting this right, and I felt like I was part of the Polar team.

Not really much to report here, perhaps double down on managing expectations around timelines, especially given the excellent product /service that they deliver.

Delivery of New Logo & Brand Guidelines that we could adopt quickly and within a specific timeframe.

Great communication and project management. We had a Google Chat for quick fire questions and updates, and in person meetings for kick off and concept presentation. They kept me well informed with next steps along the way.

Everyone we interracted with on the team was excited by our project and they demostrated their care and craft, delivering two exceptional concepts for us to choose from. We really felt a sigh of relief when the concepts were delivered, and have enjoyed the much needed re-set of our brand identity. The Polar team are exceptional, and professional creatives who really care about their work and clients.

I wouldn't say so, they were highly collaborative and communicative throughout the process. We are pleased with the results.

We have been running this event for over 40 years and the choice of Polar to help us was diectly due to their locality in the community and their desire to be involved and committed to community issues and engendering community spirit,

Polar were engaged to help establish a new brand and identity to trade as for our new company with the brief to focus on a unique positioning that expresses both expertise but also a challenger stance - future proofed for growth.

Needs were certainly catered to throughout the process and Polar were not afraid to challenge our ideas or thought processes, using experience to help me consider alternative approaches and ideas which I was originally not open to. This brought different challenges and directions to the brand development, including time challenges and extensions but Polar were solid and professional in dealing with these.

They were flexible in their methods of engagement, and the team was pleasant to deal with all around.

The Scope of work included:

Polar was very responsive and proactive during our time working with them, always on hand to respond to emailsor jump on a call. The project was delivered on time (in atight deadline aswell) without any issue.

The end result has been the standout thing from working with polar. Their design and website building abilities had elevated our brand ten fold, making us look much more sleek and professional as we go to market.

Polar were easy to work with, timely and delivered what they said they would. There is little I can think to improve.
