The rebrand has delivered measurable improvements in user engagement and conversion efficiency across the website's highest-intent pages. Following the launch, visitors spent more time engaging with content, bounce rates reduced significantly on high-intent pages, and demo request conversion improved. The early evidence suggests the redesign is improving the quality of user interactions and helping more qualified visitors progress through the buying journey.

The team were extremely collaborative, and took the time to understand our vision for the rebrand. They were always happy to make iterations or tweaks as we worked through the moodboards and Figma designs, ensuring the final designs were ones we were happy with. We received daily end-of-day progress updates via email which greatly helped in keeping communication clear and ensuring the project timeline was adhered to.

As mentioned, the in-depth progress updates on a daily basis were appreciated and made this experience very smooth. Their ability to bring our vision to life was seamless, it was refreshing to work with an agency who understood our vision and goals so clearly.

At times, our feedback or suggestions for edits were not always executed as we would have liked, which did result in several iterations back and forth to get to the end product we were looking for. In situations like this, perhaps a call would be more productive than giving feedback via email.
