The scope covered keyword research and competitor analysis (using SEMrush and Google Search Console), with a focus on kitchen design software and related product categories. Passion Digital produced keyword-to-page mapping documents, a full technical SEO audit, and redirect mapping spreadsheets to support 301 redirect implementation during site migrations. They identified and resolved critical technical blockers including a 302 redirect loop caused by Cloudflare configuration, coordinating with Optimizely and the hosting partner to restore crawler access. Additional deliverables included geo-redirect issue resolution, indexation control (removing pre-production pages from search), and strategic content recommendations aligned to customer archetypes and intent-led keyword targeting. The engagement also incorporated an SEO content strategy to supplement Cyncly's existing marketing and communications plans.

Passion Digital successfully resolved critical technical blockers that were preventing search engine crawlers from accessing Cyncly's sites, including a 302 redirect loop and Cloudflare configuration issue, restoring full crawlability. Redirect mapping was completed for the 3CAD domain migration, ensuring ranking signals were preserved through properly implemented 301 redirects. Pre-production pages were identified and removed from Google's index, preventing duplicate content and indexation issues. Geo-redirect errors affecting international pages (e.g. Italian pages redirecting to English) were identified and flagged during migration testing. The keyword research programme identified clear opportunity gaps versus competitors, including areas where Cyncly had no overlap with competitor keyword sets, providing a prioritised roadmap for SEO content investment. The engagement has successfully scaled across multiple Cyncly brand domains, demonstrating the value of the ongoing partnership.

Communication was well-organised across multiple channels: email was used for primary coordination and deliverable sharing, Microsoft Teams for day-to-day migration execution and issue tracking, and virtual meetings for milestone reviews and research walkthroughs. They were responsive to technical issues as they arose, coordinating effectively with third-party platforms including Optimizely and the hosting partner to resolve a critical crawler access problem. As the project matured, the cadence shifted from high-frequency collaborative sessions to a more efficient async model, reflecting a maturing working relationship. Overall, Passion Digital proved to be a reliable, proactive partner who adapted well to the complexity of Cyncly's multi-brand, multi-domain environment.

While this reflects the project's evolution, more proactive scheduling of regular review sessions would help maintain strategic momentum, particularly as the scope expands to new domains. Additionally, given the complexity of Cyncly's product portfolio, earlier documentation of keyword strategy decisions and rationale in a centralised format would have aided internal alignment across Cyncly's wider marketing team.
