GetResponse is a SaaS company, producing Marketing automation tools for all sort of businesses (SMB, as well as Large enterprises). My role is there is leading Performance Marketing team.

With relatively small internal Performance team - MTA was helping us on a daily basis with PPC campaigns implementation on META, Google and LinkedIn networks, as well as ongoing optimization, results reporting and any analytics-related issues.

We were looking for an agency who previously worked with other SaaS companies to be sure they understand core performances metrics we take into account. Additionally, their data-driven approach and positive reviews played role, too in decision making process.

Besides ads accounts daily management (campaign performance optimization) we were having regular calls on a weekly basis. During these sync-up calls MTA specialists were introduced to any upcoming campaign ideas/ problems, so we could brainstorm together the topics and get some tips on what would be better in terms of targeting strategy. Afterwards - we (internally) were taking care of preparing all advertising assets, depending on the channel (keywords, text ads or banners and video ads for display campaigns).

We cooperated with Paid Social Media specialists, SEM specialist and Data analysts.

We've managed to unify conversion tracking across all of our PPC platforms which was a great step forward for getting clearer and easier to analyse data.

The workflow was neat - besides weekly meeting - we could always communicate significant project-related changes via comments to existing Jira epics/ tasks. If needed - we used Slack to discuss some urgent matters.

Their specialist had good knowledge and understanding of our product. Additionally, they were very easy to approach and very communicative. Sometimes I really felt like they are a part of our team, nor an external agency doing their job.

Sometimes we lacked experimentations but it's hard to tell that it's on MTA's side - I believe that the blockers for doing proper experiments were mostly caused by us (being tight on time, too small budgets, etc.)

We cooperated on designing and implementing a marketing analytics setup across multiple products. During the project, MTA helped define the structure of GA4 properties and ensure accurate tracking across cross-domain user journeys between marketing websites, signup flows, and web applications. They also prepared event-tracking guidelines and connected GA4 properties to other data processing tools to enable further analysis. Beyond the initial setup, they provided ongoing analytics consulting and supported our teams with dashboards and reporting.

The main outcome was a ready-to-use marketing analytics setup for our products. It allows our teams to rely on consistent data when making decisions about content creation, CRO, SEO, and acquisition strategies.

Project management was organized and efficient. The team responded quickly and communicated clearly when questions or new needs came up. They delivered items on time and worked in a way that fit well with our work culture. They were also open to feedback and willing to consider non-standard solutions when needed.

Their deep knowledge of advanced marketing analytics, especially in the context of tech and SaaS companies, stood out. They understood the complexity of product ecosystems and were able to design solutions that fit those environments well.

They were tasked with coding our new website from scratch, based on the designs we provided. They also helped us with Search Engine Optimization and in expanding our client base to different countries by introducing multicurrency and different language versions of the website.

Our sales grew significantly after the new version of our store was published. We also noted a severe improvement in the website traffic numbers due to the Search Engine Optimization that was introduced. Importantly, they also helped us open our store to new international visitors by adding new language versions of the site and by including additional currencies.

They are very down-to-earth in their declarations and tend to underpromise and overdeliver. Their speed of work is good, and we were able to meet all of the milestones we discussed with them both in terms of deadlines, budget, and expected quality. They assigned a dedicated project manager to meet our needs, while also allowing us to contact the team members directly when helpful or time-sensitive. I severely enjoy how communicative, responsive and goal-oriented their team is.

We are very happy with the range of services they provide - they were able to fully fulfil all of our requirements and needs. What always made them stand out for us is the transparency that is visible in every little thing that we do with them. It’s one of the major factors that helped us in establishing a thriving multi-year relationship and assured the constant satisfaction this partnership provides us with every step we take together.

They supported us from website conception all the way to the final delivery. They prepared desktop and mobile designs in line with UX best practices and our brand guidelines.
