After some initial hiccoughs, Monsoon allocated an excellent project manager to the account, and a great team who were organised, structured and responsive.

The collaborative energy between me (client) and the team, as well as their internal alignments - I feel like I always have the whole MONSOON team of experts consulting on the account, as well as the team specifically working on the project.

Initial project management was a bit slow and not so structured, but this was quickly remedied. There was a period where LinkedIn Ads were not managed particularly well but this was also resolved. Some of the copywriting was very weak and required a lot of input from my side, but this could be expected when working in this agency model.

MONSOON began working with us in early May 2025 to help us prepare for the autumn edition of our art fairs in Poznań. As we were changing the usual event location, we were concerned about how the new venue might be perceived and whether it would gain sufficient recognition. MONSOON supported us throughout this transition, providing strategic guidance on how to effectively promote both the fair and its new location. We held regular consulting sessions focused on refining our overall marketing strategy and planning our organic social media content.

So far, this edition of Fifne Targi has been the most successful for us. We achieved a record number of visitors, with a few thousand people attending the fair. We also managed to quickly secure a strong lineup of artists, including several pre-approved and returning exhibitors eager to showcase their work at our event.On social media, we saw remarkable growth - within just three months, our follower base increased by 80%
