We were looking to build a Government of India’s innovative citizen engagement platform for direct citizen participation in governance by providing an avenue for channelizing their ideas, comments and creative suggestions to Central Ministries and associated organizations. Citizens can participate in policy formulation and program implementation to usher in an era of direct participatory democracy.

Monkhub Innovations helped us develop our e-commerce Magento website. They started with a two-week-long discovery phase to gather all the requirements and design the prototype using Figma to give us a good view of the process. In addition, their design team gave us suggestions on the available design flows at that time. After that, we went through six weeks of development and one week for testing to go live afterward.

They could expand the team they assign to the projects. Additionally, the budget increased a bit.

Discovery is one of the most important phases of the project, so give it maximum effort. Once discovery is sorted, development and testing become very easy.
