The scope of work was focused primarily on the backend, API architecture, and SDK layer of our drone operations platform.

The project delivered clear progress across our backend and API modernization roadmap. A substantial portion of the legacy API was successfully migrated to the new API v2 architecture, allowing us to progressively reduce our dependency on the previous implementation.

Summary of this project and deliverable was to develop a prototype of a mobile application. Game plan for the architecure required and MVP costs.

We met virtually twice a week and kept constant communication via Slack. All steps, milestones, questions handled timely and professionally. Prototype was delivered slightly earlier than expected. Next steps will be the MVP and completely plan to utilize LightITGlobal for that effort as well.

Absolutely. Tetiana is a fantastic project manager. Denis, Kyril and Eugene were also, nothing short of professional and timely. Everyone was very responsive, even when considering the time zone difference.

We required a well-rounded Agile team skilled in web development for outstaffing purposes. The goal was to provide the existing team with more human resources to complete the development process in time without compromising the quality of the application. Light IT Global not only provided the required amount of top tech specialists but also supported those areas of implementation (both frontend and backend development) that needed assistance. As the work on the web app had to be finished before a specific deadline, they made sure to incorporate techniques and approaches that made the development process quicker and more efficient. The final product is dynamic, scalable, meets all cybersecurity requirements, and is easy to use.

A fully functioning web application that is ready for the market launch. The development process that otherwise would have taken over a year to complete lasted 6 months, which allowed the business to focus on strategic goals and further scaling.

With many years of experience working with various vendors who provide different IT services, our company understands what effective project management should look like. I’m happy to say Light IT Global didn’t drop a ball on this aspect of cooperation.

I would name the team’s willingness to go above and beyond to make the final product as technically flawless as possible. When there were ways to make the software more stable, secure, or robust, they voiced their suggestions, and in the end, such an approach benefited the product greatly. It’s refreshing to see such a proactive team.
