The scope of work encompassed end-to-end UX/UI design services for the core Delipal platform, the Delipal Guests Portal, and the Delipal Customers Portal. For each platform, the design process included user research, information architecture, wireframing, high-fidelity UI design, and interactive prototyping, tailored to the needs of distinct user groups: restaurant operators, staff, and end guests.

All design work adhered to responsive design principles, accessibility standards, and brand consistency guidelines, while also emphasizing intuitive navigation and real-time interaction across platforms.
