Konstruct led a full-scope SEO and AEO program designed to increase search visibility, improve keyword rankings, and drive qualified conversions, covering technical optimization, on-page strategy, content alignment, and AI search readiness. Their work included auditing and improving site architecture for crawlability and indexation, implementing and validating tracking through Google Tag Manager, supporting local SEO via Google Business Profile and Bing Places, and resolving technical performance issues. They developed and executed a keyword strategy focused on high-impact terms like “change management,” optimizing core pages with updated metadata, headers, internal linking, and content structure to better align with search intent and improve engagement. In parallel, they tied SEO efforts directly to pipeline by optimizing for conversions such as Executive Consultations and building reporting around organic-driven results. They also introduced AEO (AI Engine Optimization) through GEO strategies, structuring content to perform in AI-generated search environments and tracking visibility across emerging platforms. The program was supported by ongoing weekly reporting, performance analysis, and iterative optimizations, resulting in increased rankings, traffic, and measurable growth in both traditional and AI-driven search visibility.
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The program delivered clear, measurable gains across visibility, rankings, traffic, and conversions. Organic search visibility increased significantly, with overall visibility rising to ~15% (up ~36% period-over-period and ~26% year-over-year), alongside a substantial lift in keyword performance, including a +52% increase in Top 3 rankings (243 → 369) and a +47% increase in Page 1 rankings (913 → 1,345). Organic traffic also showed strong momentum, growing from 7,298 to 13,520 sessions over a one-month period, with continued week-over-week gains despite seasonal fluctuations. Most importantly, these improvements translated into business impact, with organic-driven Executive Consultations rebounding to their strongest quarter since Q1 of the previous year. On the AI side, early AEO efforts drove a +813% increase in AI visibility (0.23% → 2.1%) from February to March, demonstrating traction in emerging search environments and positioning the site for future discovery beyond traditional search.

Konstruct ran a highly structured and responsive project management process, with consistent weekly check-ins, clear agendas, and defined next steps that kept work moving forward without delays. They delivered against agreed timelines, both on initial implementations and ongoing optimizations, and maintained strong communication around priorities, progress, and any dependencies. They were proactive in identifying opportunities, bringing forward recommendations rather than waiting for direction, and were flexible when priorities shifted on our side, quickly adjusting their roadmap to align with business needs. When questions or requests came up, their team was highly responsive, turning around answers and updates quickly and incorporating feedback without friction. Overall, they operated like an extension of our internal team, balancing strategic guidance with reliable execution.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
What stood out most was how strategic and hands-on the team was, especially Brady. Brady didn’t just execute tasks. He consistently connected the work back to business outcomes, helping us think beyond rankings and focus on pipeline and revenue impact. The team brought a strong point of view on where search is going, particularly around AI and AEO, and translated that into practical actions we could implement right away. They were also highly proactive, often bringing new ideas, optimizations, and opportunities before we even asked. That combination of forward-thinking strategy and reliable execution made them feel less like an agency and more like a true partner.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Konstruct Digital could have done differently?
There were very few areas for improvement. The only notable point was at the beginning of the engagement, where we had to proactively request certain data points and reporting views to align with how we track performance internally. Once that was established, the team quickly adapted and consistently delivered the insights and metrics we needed. Beyond that initial alignment, their execution, communication, and responsiveness were strong throughout the partnership.
