I’m the director of PinCell, a biotechnology company developing first-in-class antibody therapies for rare, severe dermatological diseases. We focus on safer, immune-sparing treatments for conditions like pemphigus.

We needed help building a secure AI-powered assistant that could streamline internal workflows while maintaining strict compliance with healthcare data regulations. Our main objective was to safely automate repetitive tasks, such as documentation, reporting, and communication, without exposing sensitive client data.

Konstant Infosolutions has developed a privacy-first AI assistant embedded into our existing systems. Key deliverables include a secure conversational AI interface for internal use, integration with CRM platforms and document repositories, and a flexible architecture supporting multiple AI models. The team has handled both the design and development of the AI.

The team developed a mobile and web platform that allows customers to purchase insurance policies, submt claims, and track claim status in real time. They also integrated our internal insurance database and built a secure customer portal. Additionally, they implemented an AI-powered chatbot to anser policy questions and ssist users with clams submission.

The platform significantly improved our customer service efficiency. Policyholders can now submit and track claims digitally, which reduced manual paperk and shortened claim processing time. We also saw increased customer engagement through the mobile app.

This is a platform that allow users to buy, sell, and rent property where the users can be both buyers and sellers. The user as a buyer can view the available properties in their location, view their details and availability status and can book the apartment. On the other hand, the users as property owner/seller will be able to list and manage their properties through the mobile app. The brokers will have a web-panel to list multiple properties altogether on the platform. The super admin will be able to manage the users, and static the content of the platform. The app will be available in 2 languages English, and Somali.

This achievement was possible because of strong teamwork, clear communication, and everyone’s dedication. From planning to final delivery, the team showed great coordination, ownership, and commitment.

We have been in conatct ith all team members dueing the set up of our website. Each arear that requested a team member was always happy to help and assist. Our project is about creating a new concept of a guestbook in which everyone has helped to bring alive.

Reetu has responded to every part of the journey to create the book. She has also introduced the other team members, giving them the opportunity to feel part of the team. It has been a pleasure building a relationship with everyone from Nishant and Juggal, with whom we feel comfortable speaking to. At first, we met DD alongside Reetu, who were excited to see our vision come to light. With bringing in the rest of the team, our progress was achievable. With all the input and problem-solving situations, it has been a great help.

Even though we are many miles away, at no point did we feel like we were not heard or responded to. With time differences, you may feel like you are limited in communication. They have all been outstanding in their help and communication, which has made the journey so much easier for us and, most of all, pleasant.
