I’m the co-founder and VP of Purity ReSource Inc. We provide solvent wastewater recovery systems and specialized hazardous equipment cleaning services for the semiconductor industry. We help manufacturers reduce water and chemical use while improving equipment longevity and sustainability.

We hired JQ Design Labs to build a brand identity that could make Purity ReSource credible to two demanding audiences at once: semiconductor engineers and industry partners who needed to see serious technical legitimacy, and investors who needed to understand our mission quickly. As a hard-tech sustainability company, we needed a visual identity that captured both sides of our work, the advanced engineering and the environmental purpose, without leaning too far into either.

JQ Design Labs handled the full brand identity for Purity ReSource from the ground up. The core objectives were a distinctive logo that told our story instantly, a complete set of brand guidelines to keep us consistent as we grew, and a cohesive system flexible enough to carry our website, investor decks, technical documents, and partnership materials. Above all, we wanted a foundation that would let a small team produce professional, on-brand materials without redesigning from scratch each time.The main deliverables were:

Since launching the brand identity JQ Design Labs built, we've used it as the foundation for every external touchpoint: our website, investor pitch decks, quarterly investor newsletters, and partnership proposals. With these materials in the market, Purity ReSource raised $3.7 million in funding and secured $600,000 in grants. We were selected as a Venture Madness Rising Star (1 of 8 from 100+ applicants), won the Phoenix Business Journal Inno Fire Award, and earned a competitive gener8tor accelerator spot. The identity has held up in front of demanding audiences, including Fortune 500 semiconductor companies now under NDA with us.Just as measurable in day-to-day terms, the system is complete and consistent enough that our small team produces professional investor and customer materials in-house, with no redesigns needed.
