They did deliver items on time and communication was clear with monday.com and Slack. Most of the time it was them waiting on us to respond to items that needed attention.

We needed help with the full development of our app and website.

JPLoft has designed and developed our app and website. The team has created an admin portal to keep our app updated with content. JPLoft has also built a fully functioning app for health and well-being with in-depth logic, a mindfulness section, a cardio trainer, guided exercises, a stretch library, and a community section.

We found JPLoft through an online search, Clutch, and other review websites. We chose them over other options because they had high ratings and a very good onboarding process and proposal. JPLoft understood our product and what we were looking for.

We started working with JPLoft in February 2026, and our engagement is ongoing.

We're still in development, but JPLoft has given us full access to Figma during the design process. We've had meetings to discuss certain elements and provide feedback. The team moves very quickly and hits all milestones on time or before. We're currently looking at completing the project in half the time we initially estimated.

JPLoft's project management is outstanding and better than expected. The delivery time is exceptional. We communicate via virtual meetings and a messaging app.

JPLoft's personal service is impressive. We have a project manager on hand via WhatsApp to answer queries almost instantly. The team has managed to support us every step of the way and explain the process. This is our first app development project, and we went into it without any prior knowledge. JPLoft has helped us bring our idea to life.

There's nothing JPLoft could improve on. I've been extremely satisfied with our project so far.

I will admit, while the team has done a great job and we have really found a good flow, initially there was a gap between project management, development, and design. I felt like I had clearly communicated to the design team what I was looking for, but the dev team had not grasped it. Maybe it was a communication gap (and time zone gap). But we worked to sort it out. I learned to become my own "project manager" in a way, which was a good learning experience for me as an entreprenuer anyhow.

They helped us move from PHP to JavaScript. It wasn’t just moving stuff, they rebuilt the whole thing in a way that fits how we work now. They built a custom dashboard where staff and vendors can check tasks, upload files, and track progress. It also has ERP features that keep everything in sync. We use it to run daily tasks, assign work, and stay on top of projects.

The system is way faster and smoother now. Our project tracking is better, vendors can see what’s going on, and our response time improved. Compared to our last team, JPLoft worked almost twice as fast. The platform they built is now a big part of how we run things.

They didn’t manage the project for us, but they stayed in touch daily. We talked on Google Chat and used Google Docs.

They don’t give up easy. They figured out hard stuff and built tools we couldn’t find anywhere else. Their team cares about the work, and it showed.

JPLoft was provided with a Business Requirements Document and various descriptions of what the app should look like and how it should function.

We used Monday.com to list out all tasks that needed to be completed. These were systematically addressed, and their completion tracked.

Due to the custom nature of the project, many of the tasks involved significant trial and error. Deliverables were reported on time, but we often had to have them go back and rework the issue a few times. This was expected and not seen as a problem in any way. They were always very responsive, providing a reply with one business day.

I was most happy that they treated me with care and respect, even though I'm just one person and my project was relatively small (and probably a little difficult). I felt like my business mattered to them, and that was very gratifying.

I think greater pre-planning and deeper examination of the design challenges in the beginning could have been beneficial, and led to greater efficiency during the production phase.
