We had a very manual and outdated method for managing subcontracts within our construction companies.

We have worked on large projects with itransition in the past, which have been successful. We did not consider any other company for this project.

We met with the business analyst and explained current process to them. We then explained what we wanted the solution to look like. The business analyst made an onsite trip go gather additional requirements. We back development shortly thereafter. We have weekly project meetings to discuss ongoing issues with the project. The developers deliver the latest version of the website once a week for testing. We use technologies such as SQL, .NET, HTML, C#

We work with a project manager, business analyst, lead developer, two junior developers, and a UX specialist. there are some QA staff also involved, but we don't interact with them.

The project is not complete or in production yet. however, the feedback from the internal users so far has been very good.

I am the Product Owner for a Learning Management company. I Own multiple project for this company that focus on providing training to key personnel within our client organization.

Our website was created in 2016 to serve the Casino industry by providing Quality training and reporting tools for Casino employees. Itransition partnered with us to provide Software development and testing services.

Our deciding factor for vendor selection was price and team consistency. We also wanted a full service team, which Itransition provided.

Ours is a Software as a Service model, as such the scope of this project has been ongoing. Early in the SDLC we focused on expanding our feature offerings to parity with competing Learning Management Systems, and later in our lifecycle we have focused on increasing Monthly and Daily usage of the site to increase value for our clients. Itransition's project Managment style is flexible and has been updated to fit our requirements multiple times. As of today we work under Agile Methodologies with daily stand-up meetings and by weekly sprint rituals. The Project Manager is a great asset to my roll as Product Owner in managing these rituals. We use Slack, Email, and the full Microsoft suite for communication.

I'm most impressed by the predictability of the Itransition team. They provide a full-service development team that delivers any tech we need to complete the site. This includes additional development resources that can be brought to bare if necessary, so we rarely miss a deadline due to development misunderstanding or inconsistency.

Early on in the SDLC we operated using waterfall methods. I would have switched to a full Agile process earlier to leverage the experience and talent that Itransition offers better.

They’re available and responsive, even on weekends. As a result, they always meet their deadlines. They stay current on the tools we use, such as Jira and Confluence. On top of that, their time zone makes it easy for us to collaborate.

They provide solid solutions and are adaptable when faced with unfamiliar situations. They’re always working to improve and develop themselves further.

There isn’t anything they need to improve.

There may be some communication challenges in the beginning as English is not their native language. Once you establish a baseline, however, it becomes much easier. It is nice to work with their team.

We needed help with app development.

They’re working on an AR application based on the specifications we provided. The team works on everything from conceptual planning and development to testing and the initial rollout. It’s a conceptual piece of technology that we’ll release in the fall.

Communication is key for us, and Itransition is fabulous at keeping the lines of communication accurate. Everyone from senior management down to the developers communicate and speak English well.

We’ve never been able to match the talent we get at Itransition anywhere else in the world. Their technical proficiency is off the charts, and their blended rates are great.

When they produce written documentation, we can tell that it’s been written by a non-native speaker. They don’t always get all of the nuances. We make sure to proofread their work in case there are any grammatical errors. Otherwise, they’re rock stars who are excellent at what they do.

My advice is to put them at the very top of your shortlist. I’ve done dozens of recommendations for Itransition, and it always works out.
