Beginning with the discovery and planning phases back in 2020, Iron Forge led our company through the design phase and into application delivery in 2022 and 2023. This has included the overall project definition/scoping, UI/UX design, API development, web & mobile development, and QA. Iron Forge has also been our trusted partner in managing and supporting cloud infrastructure resources and services on AWS.

Well defined project milestones and time/cost estimates allowed our team and the Iron Forge team to deliver new features in a timely manner and remain in sync with expectations. This was accomplished through an iterative feature approval process with the customer before milestones were considered met.

Project management was engaged and timely with delivery. We scheduled standing weekly meetings with one-off meetings as needed. Projects were organized and feature/bug statuses communicated through project management system automation and weekly status update meetings.

Iron Forge Development demonstrated the aptitude for creative solutions to difficult problems and the ability to adapt to evolving requirements.

Communication is always an area of improvement. Allowing customers better access to the project management tool may have helped at times.
