We hired Intuz to design & develop an AI based Text to Speech and Speech to Text mobile application development for one of our B2B Clients. The iOS and Android application should support multi-language with the ability to edit, copy and share the translated text and audio via native sharing feature as well as maintain the history of the conversions and translations for future reference.

We were very impressed with Intuz’s AI domain experience and their consulting approach. As we are new to the AI technology, Intuz team not only educated us about the product development approach, risks and cost matrix’s but they went an extra mile to deliver the app having features that enabled the app stand out in the competition.

I found them very pro-active in their communication. They followed agile development process with sprint plans and release every two weeks. This actually worked very well for us as we had full visibility of the product development process and where the efforts were being spent by their development team.

Their AI technology domain knowledge, past experience, and adaptable approach to our needs with fast turn-around is commendable. Not only are they pro-active, but they also have very clear and transparent communication that helps in a better decision-making process.

We needed help with web development.

Intuz has provided various services, including app development on Windows and Android for the company I was working with when I first started working with Intuz. Since I started in my current role, they've developed a database of environmentally-friendly products on Zureli, which they now maintain, upgrade, and run.

I usually work with a small team from Intuz. There is usually one teammate heading up the project, but I also have access to their CEO and support teammates. I've also worked with an SEO specialist.

I found Intuz online 10–12 years ago and then traveled to India to meet them. Our first project was a successful app for the real estate industry, and we've been working together ever since.

Over the last decade, I'd estimate I've invested 150,000–200,000 in projects with Intuz.

Some developers don't always deliver on what they promise or change the pricing or quality. Intuz always delivers what they say they will. I've never had an issue working with their team, which is why I've continued a personal working relationship with them for so long.

Their project management is good. There have been occasional times when something has slipped through the cracks, but it's very rarely. Intuz is good at delivering on time. We communicate through an online portal that timestamps our messages, so we know exactly when a request is placed and when it gets fulfilled; we also use Basecamp. We always know exactly where we are in the project.

The trouble with outsourced development is that clients never really know what is going on — I have no idea how long it takes to produce a piece of code. However, over the years, I've gained a level of trust with them. If they say the development will take five hours, I believe it will take five hours.

Their design approach is different than that of a company based in the Western Hemisphere. Their sites were originally blingy, but they've addressed that issue a little. Personally, I'd use them more for their technical prowess than design.

I needed web and mobile development to bring my idea to life.

I gave the idea and framework, like sketches, processes, algorithms, and consumer-facing wireframes to them. They did some fine-tuning, made it more user-friendly and developed the mobile app for Android and iOS, as well as a website. They’re currently doing progressive development for other things.

There were less than 10 people, mostly project managers.

Over several months, I did research and spoke to many different organizations from various platforms and levels. When I pitched the idea to Intuz, they gave authentic feedback. They spent a lot of time with me, creating faith and security on my side that they could deliver what they promised, before ever signing a contract.

We began working together in June 2019 and our engagement is ongoing.

The product was delivered in February 2020, but it isn’t live yet, so I don’t have any user metrics. I’m very satisfied with their team.

They did very well. As a small organization, I don’t have a ton of resources, so they went above and beyond to make up for it. Communication was great. We used Basecamp and email. We had a contact in my time zone that I could reach whenever I needed. He was very responsive. We had meetings daily or weekly, depending on current needs.

They’re willing to work around me. For example, they took on a lot of the reporting and feedback that would usually come from me, because I lacked the resources to do it.

There’s nothing substantial I can think of.

They're an offshore team. That means they are on opposite time zones from the US. That worked for me because I often work late at night. However, for a larger company that has regular business hours, it might delay the project slightly. They have an option for U.S. based programmers, but it is more costly.

Bosch eBike Systems creates the drive units, batteries, and computers for pedal-assist electric bicycles for over 35 brands in North America. I coordinate live events for the product.

To develop software for front-end and back-end usage at live events to manage our demo fleet of eBikes more efficiently and allow visitors to easily check out a bike for demo ride.

Creating a user-friendly interface for attendees at are largest live events to browse from available test ride models to rent for a demo ride - while also having a back-end interface for our mechanic team to track inventory during the event.

We researched and held a mini-RFP for a potential app developer

Our demo counts increased at our largest event of the year as a result of the easy-to-use interface and efficiency improvements of our check-out system.

We reviewed the project details in several onboarding sessions and used ActiveCollab to communicate updates and revisions. It kept us on task and accessible for exchange.

Intuz was committed and responses were quick throughout development and the post-launch process. Intuz was thorough in their work and a joy to work with overall.

I'm a senior product manager at a cybersecurity company

After a few years of collecting input from the market and our client base, we are making new versions of several products. We engaged Intuz as a partner that could help accelerate that product development.

Intuz provides the full suite of development, as well as the management resources to lead the developers for this contract. We’re developing a couple of different products in parallel that will converge at some point. We’ve relied on them for cross-platform development of products for web and mobile devices. They work predominately with iOS, but we’ve also designed the backends to support Android and desktop. Additionally, we’ve tasked them with C, C++, Swift, and Django support.

We appreciate that Intuz has provided the resources for the project as necessary. At one point, we’d only be working with the project manager and architects, and other times, we’d have up to 10 developers working with us.

We came across a couple of white papers they had put together in the market area we were developing products for. Through those white papers, they demonstrated the technical capabilities and understanding of the market that we desired. Once we contacted and met with them, it was apparent they brought the extensive management oversight necessary to make a successful offshoring relationship.

Our engagement began in January 2019 and remains ongoing.

So far, they have met every deliverable date defined during each of the scrums. They have routinely delivered on time or ahead of schedule. They continue to provide valuable feedback, as opposed to just executing to the orders. They’ve been an excellent partner in this relationship. They bring a lot of development experience to the table and ensure that we’re not making requests outside of the scope or that could impact the security or stability of the solution.

They bring project management and project analysis to the table. We’ve worked with offshore developers who have had trouble staying on task. Intuz brings a different layer of control to our engagement, which has resulted in a positive experience with the developers.

They have capable project managers, as opposed to just a stable of developers. Their industry experience has helped keep the projects moving forward and aligned with our schedule.

It sometimes takes a little bit of time to understand the big picture, but that’s as much on our organization to articulate it clearly as it is on their organization to understand it. Once everything clicked, they've been focused on producing reliable code.

I’d advise future clients to make sure they have all of the resources in place ahead of time so that you’re not introducing delays to the Intuz team. Once they engage, they go full speed. We caused all of the delays in our project because we were not as prepared as we could have been.
