We needed help developing an app to conduct clinical research.

Intelivita has actualized our design for a research app that participants can use to sign up and take part in our biological sample study. Through the app, users can complete health trackers, answer various questionnaires, be sent biological sample kits to send back to us, and access additional media on relevant subjects. The team has provided us with a platform to conduct our research.

We started working together in January 2026, and the engagement is ongoing.

Intelivita has developed an app that can dynamically display research questions and support a participant through all stages of their research journey. We have over 2,000 users registered and using the app, with 1,400 completing study-related surveys and over 80 being invited to take samples. Additionally, we've received positive feedback about the app's usability and effectiveness.

We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps. Although the programming has taken longer than expected, Intelivita has been proactive in deploying the app.

Intelivita's graphic design team has been very comprehensive, contributing to the overall look of the app.

We would appreciate having more direct communication with the app programmers, although this has at times been affected by the language barrier. It may also help if meetings with the programmers were a little more structured and guided by Intelivita.

Intelivita was commissioned to develop a multi-platform financial wellbeing ecosystem for Lifetime, designed to connect customers with financial coaches and provide a financial education platform with video content. The scope of work included a customer facing app platform and website, a coach portal, a super admin panel, end to end development and integrations with stripe for payment and vimeo for video hosting.

Launch from initial scope to a fully fledged financial education and wellbeing app. There are lots of elements to our app which were brough to life in a simple user friendly interface. In the background there was a lot to tie in together for our consumer journey through wellbeing tests/quizes, financial education, planning and coaching. We successfully launched in October 2023 and the success is evident in the volume of users and interaction/engagement.

The project management throughout has been great. We have been assigned project managers who have dealt with our requirements in a very timely and collabrative manner. Providing constant feedback and always available to handle any queries.

The passion they have shown for our project is impressive. This has been a welcome suprise. It didnt just feel like we were working with a developer more an in house project team.
