I’m the president of a private school serving children in grades 3–8 with ADHD and other executive functioning challenges.

We needed to create a custom database for student reporting that would facilitate workflow and automate the distribution of reports.

Innowise created a database using Microsoft Power Apps and integrated it with data from another provider we use for managing enrollment and billing via an API. Then, they created custom workflows and reports for academic progress, behavior, and medication management.

We worked with 3–5 teammates from Innowise.

We found them through an online search. The services they offered aligned with our needs. Innowise spent time upfront to understand our project, so we had confidence that their proposal would meet our objectives and come in on time and on budget.

We worked together from February–October 2025.

Innowise’s work will reduce the amount of labor required to produce, review, and disseminate regular reporting. We just went live with the system after beta testing. Our next reporting period is coming up, and we expect to see the benefits of the system then. We’ll measure the results anecdotally via discussions with employees involved in the process.

Innowise’s project management practices were good. They created a plan with milestones and deliverables and then regularly communicated with us on progress. Our primary form of communication was email and periodic video conference calls.

We began this project with another firm and had issues with cost overruns, delays in deliverables, and problems with the work product. We switched to Innowise, and they did a better job in all those areas. They were cheaper as well.

No, everything went well. They delivered on time and on budget and provided a product that works.

We involved Innowise to help us develop a data analytics platform for one of our pharmaceutical clients. Create a functional MVP for an art certificate tokenization system. The deliverables includes front-end and back-end design.

The outcome almost realized all the functions that I've designed for the project. With their professional technical support, this system work flow was even better than I predicted.

A bit delayed but part of it was becasue of me required extra functions, and it didn't affect my project schedule. They responsed my request with budget and professional advise.

Responsible and knowledgeable. It's not easy to find a team that has concrete blockchain experience. They are honest and keep my budget within the range. I can trust the team even if we communicated online only. The advice on the business side from the project manager was an extra value of working with Innowise.

Very satisfied in general. If I have to say something for improvement, maybe they could do better for visual layout details during testing phase. We spent a bit time for fixing these minor details but with long distance video communication this is good enough.
