All in all, things went as planned. There were some delays with one aspect - the calculator sections but that eventually was resolved.

Create a website with sections pertinent to our industry and pertinent to what clients would want to see to learn more about our firm and the investment. Make the website stand out versus others in the industry as we believe this will give us a marked advantage building credibility which is very important given our start up status.

We had many status meetings and set deadlines for different criteria being met. This allowed us to have a level of control over the project that was so intimately involved with the creation that any divergence from our vision could be quickly identified and remedied.

They responded to our needs very quickly and effectively. Their processes were a great fit in keeping us in the loop and allowing for adjustments and changes at every point. They delivered assignments on time, and if there was a delay, we were given proper notice and explanation.

The level of communication. If you are looking for a company that wants to make sure that they get it right, Humeor is your place. They have meetings upon meetings at every step making sure that you are happy and if not will tear it down and start over. It is very impressive their willingness to put the client not only first but right or wrong the client is always right. Whatever they wanted the site to be, they will make that site. If they miss, they will go back to the drawing board as many times as it takes to hit it right on the head.

I do not think that there are in their dealings with us. I will say that this is a hands on company and if you are wanting to sit back and let someone just take a guess at what you are looking for and hope they get it right this is not your company. You have to be involved and in fact they force that involvement through meetings, interaction etc. Thus, they really make you a partner in the process and if you are not invested in its success you will find what is in my opinion a massive value add to be an annoyance.
