Headscape was tasked with making a new school website. Their dilverables included focus group documentation and the final designs. The focus group documentation was detailed and the design elements were extensive.

There were miletones for collecting feedback and running focus groups. There was also feedback on the eventual designs which was measurable.

They used github to track issues and design progress. The process was smooth. They are responsive, positive, and polite. The deliverables were on time.

The methods they used to gather feedback and establish a foundation for their designs were impressive. It was also great to see their focus on accessibility. Their approach to reusable design is proving effective in practice. We’re actively using the elements they created, which makes it easy to add functionality that fits the overall design without introducing design creep.

We had great conversations regarding UX and user expectations. Headscape understands industry standards and helped us work though some internal expectations we have here. This helped us plan on what items to migrate to something more standard and what items aquiese internally. I valued the feedback but also felt I had to explain in detail why the issues were important for a constructive conversation to occur.

Headscape was to design and develop a complete website for the recruitment of employees to our firm. They designed and built the website from the ground up, including front and back end development. Deliverables included the website itself, and all documentation and training materials to keep it running smoothly, as well as regular mantenance and security patching. They also maintain a long-term contract for additional development as needed.

They delivered an excellent website that met or exceeded the brief in all ways. The website has been in use for more than two years and has been both successful and stable. We continue to work with Headscape on incremental imrpovements.

Items were delivered on time and communication was very strong - we always knew where the project stodd, where the action items lived, and who was responsible for next steps. They managed the project through GitHub, which was very effective for us. Despite a substantial time difference, they were always responsive to our needs in a timely fashion.

What I found most impressive about Headscape was their appetite for learning more about the people Sense serves and in particular website accessibility.

Something HeadScape could do differently is push back on timelines that could be perceived as unrealistic, to give as much time to discovery as possible. HeadScape did very well considering the constraints Sense added to the project, mainly the timescales for delivery and accessibility.

We transitioned our firm website from Drupal to Wordpress, updating the design and user journey.

The primary deliverable was the creation of the new website on a different platform than the one we'd been using for several years. We began the development of the updated site and launched in late August with great reception and very little issue.

The Headscape team assigned to our project was engaged, thoughtful, and productive. They listened to our vision and priorities and worked closely with us to ensure a clear understanding of the scope and desired output. We connected frequently to assess progress, seek clarification, and make key decisions on direction and adaptations when that was needed. It was a true partnership from start to finish.

We needed support to build a new website.
