We don’t have a tidy set of numbers to point to yet, but the difference is easy to feel. Onboarding got noticeably faster once they restructured the steps and cut the old offline parts. The product reads as one connected experience now instead of separate web and mobile tools, everyday actions like approving payments take fewer steps, and support is easier to follow for both users and our own team. The website finally represents the product properly and gives us something we’re comfortable pointing partners to. We’re still working together, so part of this is ongoing — but the direction has been exactly what we were after.

Project management was reliable. There was a dedicated PM keeping things on track, work landed on a predictable schedule, and when our priorities shifted they adjusted without it becoming a headache. It felt like a partnership — they brought their own thinking and pushed back when it made sense, instead of just executing a brief.

How much of their fintech understanding came through in the actual design. A lot of the decisions — how onboarding is paced, how the home screen handles different user roles, how payment approvals work, were things they brought to the table, and they held up because the team genuinely knows this space. Pair that with strong product design and a real partner attitude, and that’s what made it work for us.

If I had to pick one thing, there were moments I’d have liked a bit more communication along the way. But I also get how complex the work was, so it’s more a small preference than a real complaint, nothing that affected the result or how we feel about the collaboration.
