Glow Design had to create UI/UX for the chatbot using AI to be implemented on the SalseForce side. Requirements and the number of features were changed several times during the project phase. Also, there was a request from the client to implement Accessibilities Euristics to make the designs even more user-friendly and usable by all the user groups.

All the designs presented exhibited a high degree of readability and ease of implementation. The process of communication and requirement elicitation was meticulously aligned with the anticipated standards. Furthermore, supplementary annotations were incorporated in areas where uncertainties in acceptance criteria arose.

Glow Design has its own management team which ensured the delivery on time with a high quality.

Creating designs for a 0 to 1 product for our customers. Included an interface which is easy for our clients to use, plus functionality and information at multiple stages of our process.

Approval by the team including engineers, product, the CEO of final designs. Timely completion of all assigned Jira tickets. Highly positive feedback from every customer that we showed the designs and prototypes to. Metrics will be tracked once the feature is in production.

Highly responsive to internal and external feedback. All items were delivered on time. The designs evolved as we continuously received feedback (the team were on the calls so it was great they participated in the interviews) and all deliverables were met, giving the Engineering team time to work on development.

Relentless execution. The designs evolved significantly through the course of this project and the quality of the final design is very impressive. The team asked great questions and always strived to provide users with a great user interface and experience.

Continuous learning of our product as it evolves. This is an area of improvement for our whole team, even outside of design team members, as we make new product changes very quickly.
