We came to Gosling Media to help us better understand our individual property brands versus our property management brand, writing a "story book" about what each brand meant. We then reworked all property and management company logos and redesigned websites. Since our completion of this work, Pete and team continue to assist us in all things web design, maintenance and management, recently creating a video for us on our property management company's landing page.

Our brands are much better defined and understood by all stakeholders - staff, prospective residents, current residents, and their families. Our website traffic is streamlined as to easily receive inquiries on individual sites.

The team has always been very responsive and flexible. The majority of our time "spent together" has been virtually, but meetings are always efficient and team members are always very helpful and informative. The platforms that are used to keep track of ongoing website maintenance and work is helpful as the customer to see what is outstanding and what has been completed.

Pete's entrepreneurship spirit, tenacity and knowledge! He's helped us through many hurdles as a small family-owned business with not much knowledge regarding the web world.

As a new business we need everything! We had a lot of ideas and made a lot of progress doing things ourselves, but once we started working with Gosling Media, it made a huge difference. first was improving our logo, then we needed a new website where people can place orders. We needed help producing booklets and other professional looking materials to go along with the products.
