Despite the time constraints, the project team successfully delivered the mobile app within the first four months of development. I’m the CMO and CPO at a digital solutions company. One of our products is an on-demand grocery delivery service.

We needed to build the platform from scratch, translating our brand into an app that could be the main channel of communication with clients and ordering channel.

Flying Bisons supported us in the ideation of the design of our online grocery delivery app. They created mock-ups and finalized the screens through iteration cycles during the development process. Although they weren’t part of the development team, Flying Bisons’ designers supported our development work.

In the initial stage, the team had about 5–7 people, including two designers, a project manager, the CEO, and a research specialist. Then, the team went down to one designer who supported us for several months.

They were a referral. I heard about their reputation in the market, and we interviewed 2–3 recommended companies.

We started the company from scratch. Although we had another brand launched already, we launched this new brand to the market. Moreover, we went from zero to hundreds of orders per day.

Flying Bisons was always clear about timing. During the development phase, they quickly adapted to the tech team’s needs, which was a critical point.

They were really collaborative. They provided transparency in the process; we never felt that something was missing. Also, the team responded to client requests in a smart way and ensured we knew what was happening.

Make sure you allocate enough time to define your needs and ideas at the beginning of the process. The team is responsive to suggestions and criticism, but it’s hard to undo design choices once they’re implemented and running with your customer. Overall, it’s easier to spend time early and get right to the point ahead of development.

I’m the senior digital marketing manager for CBRE, a real estate agency.

We wanted to create a representative website for our industrial real estate department to showcase warehouses all around Poland. Through this website, we wanted tenants to reach an agreement with us so that we could help them rent their warehouses.

Flying Bisons has designed the UI/UX of our new website. Additionally, we’ve signed a research statement of work, so they’ve also helped us with some research tasks. Their research focuses on showing us what our competitors are doing and what the latest trends in our warehouse department are. As for the technology stack, all the design projects are done on Figma.

I’ve mainly been working with five teammates from Flying Bisons, including Ewelina (Senior Project Manager), who works as the project leader, Aleksandra (UX Research), Magdalena (UX Designer), and Michal (UI Designer). At the beginning of the project, I worked with three business managers from Flying Bisons, including the CEO.

I’ve known Flying Bisons for the past 3–4 years, as they were also working for my previous company. Therefore, I already knew that Flying Bisons made great UI/UX designs updated with the latest trends in the digital world, so I knew that hiring them for this project would be a success.

I started talking with Flying Bisons around March 2023, and the project actually started in April 2023. To date, I’m still working with them.

Since working with Flying Bisons, we’ve taken my company’s digital presence to a higher level. Thanks to them, my company understands the way the digital world is currently growing.

I’m the CEO and founder of Dare IT. We support women entering the IT industry and companies hiring potential junior high-tech talent. We also focus on educational aspects in the IT sector.

As a young organization, we created many initiatives and products while figuring out our business model. At one point, it became difficult for our potential clients to differentiate our offer. The website wasn’t doing any justice to adequately explain what we did, what we could deliver, and what struggles we could solve for our users.

The claim on their website was true: working with them wasn’t a cost; it was an investment. We immediately saw positive results, both in higher conversions and an enthusiastic response from the industry to the changes we implemented. Moreover, the shift in branding was well-received within our community, which had 30,000 people and two agencies we cooperated with.

We received good value for our money and were happy working with their designers. Their communication was very proactive, and we felt involved and secure in the process as a client. Flying Bisons kept us well informed and involved in the decision-making and trade-offs.

Prepare as much as possible for the project, and ensure they understand your target audience. The more information you give Flying Bisons, the better. You should also try to meet with them weekly to ensure you’re on the same page. Don’t be afraid to challenge their ideas; if something doesn’t align with what you need, let them know.
