They have been great to work with for both social media management and influencer campaign management. Great fit for our company. Professional, organized, creative, smart, and consistently positive energy which really matters when working with an agency. We're very thankful to have found them and to have established such a great working relationship so quickly.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We have worked with multiple people on the influencer campaign side and multiple on the social media management side.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our FB and IG have grown considerably. They have done a great job growing our organic socials with engaging content, and interacting with followers. On the influencer side, they have been incredible as well. Not only building a great program but representing our brand as if they are in-house employees. They have really gone above and beyond to make influencers feel comfortable working with our brand even with a limited paid influencer budget. Thankful to have found this team!

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Not only on time and prepared, but planning ahead, having content ready to go for weeks in advance, call agenda ready to go, etc. Their professionalism and communication are 10/10.

My company was working with Fifty & Five before I joined the team.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Fifty & Five manages the day-to-day engagement with guests on our social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Their team deals with complaints and accommodations. They also have conversations with our guests. They’re the personification of our brand, making sure that we don’t feel like an anonymous corporate entity online.

What is the team composition?

I work directly with two people from Fifty & Five. One person’s in a senior position and the other person’s in more of a support role.

How did you come to work with Fifty & Five?

I wasn’t part of the selection process, but we’ve continued to work with them.

How much have you invested with them?

We spend roughly $11,000 a month on their services.

What is the status of this engagement?

I started working with them in the fall of 2013, and our partnership’s ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We measure engagement, reach, and followers. All of those metrics have steadily grown. Since the pandemic started, engagement has increased by 400%. Fifty & Five was flexible and was able to cover that level of engagement.

How did Fifty & Five perform from a project management standpoint?

They conduct quarterly social media reviews and provide in-depth reports on what did and didn’t work. Based on the data that their team provides, we make adjustments. It’s easy to voice any concerns because their team’s willing to adjust if necessary.

What did you find most impressive about them?

It doesn’t feel that I’m partnered with a large company. After working together for so long, we have a strong relationship. Their team offers a sense of familiarity. We always have access to them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could be more proactive about proposing opportunities. As we’re so collaborative, it feels that we’re sometimes in the same box.

Be open and honest with them. They’ll reciprocate. Treat this as a partnership rather than an agency relationship.
