The most impressive aspect of the company is the diverse offerings and solutions they offer, additionally, when things are too complex they take the time to help you understand in lamest terms.

Like any company, it has it growing pains. I would say that one area of improvement would be better coordination on their backend during major transitions of personnel to keep continuity.

The key deliverables include lead generation campaigns, audience targeting and retargeting setup, budget optimization to improve ROAS, regular performance reports with insights, and recommendations to enhance conversions and overall digital visibility. They’re also aligned with defined sales targets, ensuring that marketing efforts contribute directly to revenue growth.

EvenDigit’s work has resulted in a 35%–40% increase in qualified leads and a measurable contribution toward our sales targets. Although our ROAS hasn’t shown significant improvement during the engagement, we’ve observed better lead quality and improved conversion rates.

EvenDigit shares regular updates and performance reports, and most deliverables are completed within the agreed timelines. However, there have been occasional delays in implementing optimizations, especially during high campaign periods. Overall, our communication is consistent, and they’re responsive when we raise escalations. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

They’re proactive, transparent with their reporting, and open to feedback.

They could adapt more quickly to changing requirements and align the strategy accordingly. A deeper focus on testing different demographics, especially while expanding services to NRIs, would help them refine targeting and improve overall campaign effectiveness.

MKTG Collective is a boutique digital marketing agency that specializes in providing tailored marketing strategies and brand management services to wedding venues, med spas, and female-led brands.

We needed help improving Google Ads conversions and CPC for two current clients that were previously managed by a different Google Ads vendors. We also needed help setting up and managing Google Ads for a new client.

EvenDigit currently oversees Google Ads across three different accounts. The first account is for a wedding venue that is launching Google Ads for the first time to increase walkthrough and wedding bookings during the engagement season. The second account is for another wedding venue that had launched Google Ads on their own, but their account needed to be optimized. The third account is for another wedding venue that has been running Google Ads for the past year by a different vendor, and we're trying to improve their results and lower their budget. EvenDigit has handled campaign setup, ad copywriting, keyword research, ongoing optimization, and reporting.

One wedding venue has generated over 150 conversions within their first four months. The other two accounts are still being optimized. For the account that had launched ads on their own, we're already seeing a clear improvement in both volume and quality of tracked conversions. At this stage, the remaining scope is primarily ongoing monitoring, optimization, and reporting, along with identifying any scale or efficiency opportunities. The other account is still too soon to show any improvements. Conversions include phone calls, form submissions, email clicks, and store visits.

EvenDigit is excellent with their project management. They always deliver on time and meet tight deadlines with new requests as well. We communicate through a project management tool, Basecamp, and virtual meetings.

I'm impressed with their organization, how thorough they are with their reporting, how transparent they are with project tracking, and how easy they are to communicate and work with.

The only thing I wish we could have done is activate Google's new account promotions that they often run. However, that's not really in EvenDigit's control.
