Euvic was engaged to automate the reporting business processes and serve them up in a user-friendly cloud-based portal that was designed and built from scratch. The portal is called Time By The Minute.

Customer calls dropped by 83% in the first quarter after the new client portal was launched, indicating a massive uplift in customer satisfaction. In addition to Team By The Minute, Euvic developed a simple system for customers to purchase additional minutes, change plans, and see usage reporting, all of which further increased client loyalty and satisfaction.

The project scope included the complete development of a mobile application, including design workshops, system design and mockups, application implementation, testing, and deployment.The result of the collaboration was the myKENO application, which allows users to browse offers, compare products, place and manage orders, receive personalized PUSH notifications, and contact relevant company departments.The application was completed on schedule and features a modern interface and smooth operation.

The project was managed in a structured and professional manner. The service provider established clear communication channels, defined roles and responsibilities, and followed an agreed project plan with well-defined milestones and deliverables. Regular status meetings and progress updates ensured transparency throughout the engagement and allowed both teams to track progress effectively.

I'm the CEO of Lawline, a legal services platform. We simplify the process of acquiring legal services and try to create a circumstance for the user where it's transparent to find legal solutions. We're the biggest legal platform per traffic in Sweden.

We needed a full-scale technical restacking of our platform.

Euvic has been responsible for migrating our old codebase from PHP to PostgreSQL and redesigning our platform. We have over 125,000 sub-URLs tied to our domain, with a database, and front- and backend.

We work with a team of 4–5 developers from Euvic, including Bartłomiej and his team. Our primary contact has been Andreas, Euvic's CEO in Sweden.

When I came in as a consultant and later as my company's CEO, I inherited this commercial relationship from the previous CEO. I didn't approach Euvic, nor did they approach me. The relationship landed in my hands, although we hadn't begun development yet.

We started working with them in January 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

Our primary KPI is traffic volume. Our old codebase, being dependent on old developers, didn't have any product information management. Despite our doubts about traffic issues and Google indexing, we've broken all traffic records in 2024.

We've had no issues with project management. We communicate via Microsoft, email, and phone calls. Euvic has also used Jira and GitHub for project management.

Euvic is priced decently. They're cheaper than some of the competitors.

I don't know if they sell on price or quality; I wouldn't mind either. I understand that they recruit from universities and take top prospects. They're often young and might have some language barriers between them and me.

If you're technically skilled or a CTO, you can utilize Euvic's services with a direct team in their operations. You don't need a project manager between you and them. You can be a Scrum master and develop with them because they'll understand everything from the get-go.

I’m the co-founder of Walking Bible, a religious organization.

We needed someone to develop an app for us.

We had an idea of what we wanted, and we provided Euvic with that idea. We also provided them with some clips from a website we had many years ago and told them we wanted to go in that direction. Euvic developed a mobile app and a web page connected to the app from scratch. They designed and developed everything for us.

We work with a project leader and five other people from Euvic.

We did a discovery project with another company and decided not to continue with them. We heard that Euvic could help us with our project and that they were good, so we decided to go with them.

We started working together in July 2024, and the first version of the app was finished in January 2025. The engagement is ongoing.

I’m not a technical person, and I don’t know anything about these things, but I’m thankful for Euvic’s work. The app is the first version, and I hope we’ll be able to develop it further together with Euvic. I’m going to market the app and receive feedback from users to see how to develop it further.

Euvic constantly meets their deadlines and stays on budget. We have video calls regularly and communicate via email.

The project management is superb. The team is engaged and positive. They come up with great and creative ideas. They’ve been extremely kind and forgiving towards my inexperience with technical things. I don’t understand many of the terms and what’s going on, but they’ve been patient with me and explained how things work and what they mean.

We’re satisfied, and I can’t think of any areas of improvement.
