Initial research on other companies with similar product functionality. Building a design system, UI library, and high-fidelity wireframes/prototypes of our product for both light and dark mode. Also help with any UX for potential new functionality.

We were given a written report detailing the completed tasks, ongoing works, next steps, and overall project progress. We also had bi-weekly meetings going over the work done so we can see the progress and give our feedback immediately.

They were able to provide high quality deliverables in a timely manner. If we had any changes in requirements or feedback on designs, those were applied promptly.

The quality and speed of Eleken are fantastic. I thought I may be giving something up given the price vs the market, but they exceeded our expectations.

We may have liked more help improving overall UX, but our project was mainly UI focused. We asked them to focus mainly on UI. We will likely go back for UX later on.
