I came to Ivan’s team without a finalized name, just a feel for the brand and the kind of presence we wanted to create in our city and field. They took that initial vision and developed a strong, memorable name, then built a full brand identity around it.

The biggest success was going from having no name or visual identity to having a complete, polished brand that feels confident and ready to present to clients. The new branding gave us the foundation to launch our website, secure consistent social handles across all platforms, and start building awareness in a professional way.

Ivan’s project management was excellent. I was the one moving slower on my end, but he did a great job keeping us on track and guiding the process without making it feel pressured. He consistently hit his own deadlines, communicated clearly, and was flexible while still making sure progress was being made.

The value for the cost was outstanding. I looked at other companies that were many times more expensive, yet they didn’t come close to matching the quality and completeness of the product Ivan’s team delivered.

There’s no perfect process, but I honestly don’t have much to add here. It was a really great experience overall, and the end result exceeded my expectations.

We worked with El Fuego to create a brand and visual style that would resonate with our international mid-to-enterprise market. They delivered. What we specifically got was: brand identity and key examples on how to use it, as well as a manual with branding guidelines.

Today we have a stronger, more elegant —yet modern— brand that made us more approachable to bigger companies for larger engagements. Our double-digit growth has been definitely influenced by a stronger brand.

They delivered somewhat on time. Some delays were due to agendas, and others were due to changes after feedback. On that matter, they were very open to feedback and acted on it according to expectations.

They have both a strategic and aesthetic approach to branding, which is not easy to find. It is more common to encounter branding agencies that are highly aesthetic with poor strategy OR strong in strategy but with poor aesthetics. Also, they took creative risks. Some of these weren't fruitful with C-Level but nevertheless, they did their work in pushing boundaries.

Yes, I think the process could've been a little more cohesive or predictable to us that are not experts in the matter. Meaning we got a little lost in the process. Other than that, no.
