We are a small accommodation property for Australian holiday makers on a very small island in the South Pacific. It is part of Australia and is steeped in early Australian history as well as a very beautiful island. We own and run our own self-contained apartment property.

As part of our recovery from Covid shut downs we needed to boost our SEO rankings and digital presence to make us more visible to the many travellers finally free to travel at least domestically again at the end of 2020 onwards. We had ceased our SEO spend during Covid.

We had plenty of time to research and decided upon e-intelligence because of their own website rankings, look of their own website as well as suitable pricing.

This was not a complicated brief. We simply need to rank organically higher than previously, add more keywords, work on back links and anything else to assist with organic growth. They also assisted us with adwords and FB to help with the process. They also instigated a blog which we had not had in place prior to their engagement. Over time they achieved great results and certainly delivered.

We had contact with two employees. They were assigned to our job and were both excellent communicators and motivators. They, in turn, co-ordinated various teams in the company to achieve each milestone.

We were very satisfied and thrilled with the results.

The company is very focussed on setting goals each month, reporting on each of those goals and any other wins and are very good at tracking information. They were very communicative and always available, should we have needed their clarification or assistance.

We were impressed with the dedication to our needs. Even though we were a very small revenue client for them, we were treated as one of their important clients.

The only area where we found improvement could be made was in the blog writing. It was completley understandable as English/conversaton was not their first language. It was a very small issue and we were able to edit these before they were published to make them fit more to our customer base style.

We had e intelligence complete an audit of our accounts. That audit created the roadmap for us to complete the work needed to improve results. They provided an excellent PowerPoint presentation of the audit findings, which was put together with excellent quality and I was able to show to our CEO, and they provided the supporting Excel docs that our marketers could use to execute.From all the findings, we were able to easily distribute the workload across Victorious, internal staff and our website vendor.

Our website was newer, so that's a caveat, but we've seen a 15x improvement in the number of weekly organic impressions. We're ahead of pace with our results, and I'm thrilled about it.

We initially wanted to focus on our website, so e Intelligence started by evaluating our site. Once they did that evaluation, they revamped it. Since it was a completely new thing for us, we let them take the creative role. We didn’t provide them with anything. We’re currently working with them on SEO and lead generation opportunities. Later on, they’ll work on social media.

They provide reports around click rates, cost per lead, cost per acquisition, and so on. We’ve also got a lead-generation tracker and are sending out requests for customers to review our site.

They’ve been prompt and given us a lot of information. If we don’t understand something, they walk us through everything and take the time to explain it, so they’re very helpful in that aspect. Moreover, they provide us with many details to understand what's going on with our marketing and how to grow our leads or reach more customers. We’ve communicated via phone, Zoom calls, and one face-to-face meeting.
