The scope of work focused on stabilizing and optimizing a legacy PHP (Laravel) marketplace through a series of structured technical improvements. DRUM’N’CODE started with an audit of the existing architecture and gradually transformed the platform into a more maintainable and predictable system.

As a result, the project delivered a stable technical foundation, improved performance, and a clean baseline for future modernization and feature development.

The most measurable outcome was platform stability. Deployments became predictable, critical regressions stopped occurring, and the team no longer had to pause releases due to technical risk.

Project management was transparent and well-structured. The team worked in prioritized batches with clear scopes, which allowed them to consistently deliver items on time. Tasks and progress were tracked in Jira, and releases always went through staging before production.

We have been working with DNC for over two years, and we have two main projects we are working on and have PHP and Android contractors there. PHP, Symfony has been working on a demo automation platform for over 1.5 years, playing a significant role in the project and showing an outstanding performance during this assignment.
