I'm the Head of Product at CompliantRx. We provide an AI-powered compliance platform for durable medical equipment (DME) suppliers, streamlining documentation, automating audits, and reducing claim denials through workflow integration and intelligent tools.

We needed to redesign parts of our application and set the direction for our web application design system.

Dreamten designed an entirely new product web app and defined the new style and component library we will use to redesign our existing applications. They worked on the core functionality of the product, specifically the AI medical record review, as well as a separate product for another cohort.

While we do not have measurable outcomes tracked yet, the CEO and team really enjoy working with Jason and appreciate his ability to quickly make changes and discuss design options. The CEO liked the designs, which is our current bar for success. There have been huge improvements to the overall design and feel of the application, and our design and product process has improved significantly. The color palette is now much better, the UI spacing is improved, and the UX is more intuitive, requiring fewer clicks for users to achieve their main tasks. Communication and understanding of the product by the design team also improved greatly after Dreamten joined. The overall consensus from users and stakeholders has been very positive.

We target banks that have their own cards and want to offer cashback to their clients to incentivize usage of those cards. The merchant provides us with a budget, and we run ads through the bank to incentivize people to make purchases at those merchants.

The team's ability to capture the essence of our brand in a short time is impressive. Although they aren’t experts in our space, they’ve done a tremendous amount of research in a short period and have been able to boil that down into an aesthetic that’s exactly what we’re looking for. Dreamten consulted on modernizing and updating our website, including designing mockups of pages prior to publishing, and worked with us to tailor our content to our likely audiences. Key deliverables included a new website, company intranet, and editing module so that we can better and more easily update our own content going forward.

Our new website looks much better and more modern, and we now have the capability to change features of it more easily, allowing us to better keep it up-to-date going forward.
