Scope : Build StoryMD an integrated platform that provides a personalized ecosystem to track, guide, educate, and digitally support every individual’s health journey.The content and technology tracks your health journey, offers valuable education, and digitally hand-holds the individual through every step of their health journey, from conception to the later stages of life.

The platform is fully built. We are launching this Fall with multiple media and enterprise partners who are presently using the StoryMD content on their platform to manage their health initiatives and verticals.

Project management was most impressive. Coordination between the engineering, content developers, UI/UX designers, Dev Ops, security specialist. was seamless and professional. They never dropped the ball.

Rapid upscaling of digital product teams focusing on the airline operations where expert-level integration and data engineers were needed to augment internal teams and accelerate various initatives to increase efficiancy, integrate new solutions, decommission legacy and/or centralize data for analytical purposes.

As the collaboration is about team augmentation at several teams, working on several projects each, it's not about measuring the outcome of any single/specific projects, but about the quality of the individuals that they brought in, how well they integrate into the teams and the level of bi-lateral support that Dreamix puts in place across teams and roles. Looking at any possible qualitative or quantitative measurement, Dreamix has exceeded expectations, going above and beyond to make everything work efficiently and effortlessly. The cultural fit is probably what pleasantly surprises us the greatest.

As we are collaborating through a Product Operating Model, classic "Project Management" does not apply. Dreamix experts become fully integrated into their respective teams and all work management is done per team via agile practices - and they surely both understand and fully participate in making everything run as smoothly as possible. They are also proactive, when needed, to suggest improvements in task management and technical oversight, which is a very welcome plus.

The consistent elite standard of every expert they have brought to the collaboration is impressive.

The primary motivation of the engagement was to utilize Dreamix Data Science and Data Engineering expertise. The main deliverable was to create a production grade machine learning model for construction project financial forecasting. The scope of work focused on aquiring historical financial data, cleaning and exporing this data for preparation and development of machine learning models. Technology utilized was Github, Databricks, Power BI, Claude, ChatGPT.

Dreamix provided weekly and bi-weekly progress updates that checked back to our sprint planning and milestones that were developed together. Overall for the financial machine learning model, the core metrics were MAPE, MAE, and other statistical KPIs focused on statistical analysis.

Dreamix did a very nice job developing an overall framework to the project. The team worked in Github using the built in project management solutions, which worked nicely with how Barton Malow works.

The most impressive aspect of working with Dreamix was their team’s unwavering dedication to the project. They worked tirelessly to accommodate our schedule and time zone differences, and their deep technical expertise and domain knowledge in data science, data engineering, and core principles are truly unmatched.
