We needed to transition our platform from a service-only marketplace to a full-fledged marketplace that supports the buying and selling of physical goods and products. We also needed to enhance the platform's UX/UI through a redesign and improve the underlying technical architecture and performance. Additionally, we wanted to integrate AI features to modernize the platform.

This was particularly valuable during the design optimization phase, where we could review builds and provide input, ensuring the final product perfectly matched our vision.

The use of a shared project management tool allowed for real-time visibility into task completion, deadlines, and ownership.
