We provided Digital Butlers with all written content, page structure, and service descriptions in advance. Their responsibility was to design and develop the entire website. There should be a clean, modern interface and all technical functionality. The website was built on WordPress, featuring a multilingual setup (English and Greek) and a fully responsive front end.

Project management was very well organized and transparent. We had a dedicated project manager who coordinated communication between us and the team, collected feedback, and kept us updated every week. There was also a strategist on their side who made sure the timeline was followed and prepared weekly progress reports showing what was done and what was coming next.

They were professional throughout the entire project. Paired with their quick responses and high-quality work, it is not something you see often in Cyprus.

Project management was clear and collaborative. While certain technical parts took longer due to API limitations, the team kept us informed and made adjustments transparently. In the future, having slightly more structure around timelines might help, though I understand this was hard to estimate due to the exploratory nature of the integrations.

This would have streamlined the project's conclusion and made the handover process even smoother. However, this is a minor point, and overall, we were extremely satisfied with the quality of work and level of service provided by Digital Butlers.
