The project started with a kickoff call where we discussed the scope of the work and cost. They then put together a proposal, which I looked over and approved. Once the project was underway, I met with the whole team. They broke down the website development process into three phases. At present, we’re almost done with the development process. The website has some custom functionalities, but they’ve essentially built it from a template. We save money by doing this. The key technology we use is WordPress.
