Developing a custom Programmatic Ad Intelligence Platform tailored to Audigent’s data-driven advertising operations. Developer Bazaar Technologies was responsible for designing and building a secure, scalable platform that centralized campaign insights, audience segmentation, and performance analytics across multiple demand-side platforms (DSPs).

A fully operational analytics platform deployed within the agreed timeline and capable of handling large-scale advertising data. Internal teams at Audigent reported increased efficiency in analyzing campaign performance and generating audience insights, with dashboard usage metrics showing steady adoption.

TEG is a leading global live entertainment, ticketing and technology business which sits at the heart of the live event experience for millions of fans.

The app will allow users to discover events, book tickets, store digital passes, and receive notifications. On the administrative side, a web-based portal will be created for managing events, venues, ticket inventory, promotions, and user analytics. The key deliverables include the mobile app for iOS and Android, an admin dashboard, a cloud-based backend with APIs, complete UI/UX designs, testing and bug-fixing reports, and full deployment on app stores with post-launch support

A fully functional mobile app launched on both iOS and Android platforms, with successful integration of real-time event listings and ticket booking features. User adoption metrics such as the number of app downloads, account sign-ups, and completed ticket transactions within the first few months indicated strong engagement.

Bazaar Technologies developed an AI-powered IT service management solution aimed at optimizing mobile operations. The mobile app featured three core functionalities: intelligent ticketing with predictive AI, workflow automation, and an intuitive interface. This user-friendly platform allows IT staff to efficiently track, manage, and resolve issues directly from their mobile devices, leveraging AI for proactive incident detection and resolution. Additionally, the solution integrates seamlessly with existing enterprise IT systems through OpenShare, enabling real-time workflow management and significantly enhancing overall service delivery efficiency.

The implementation led to significantly faster resolution of service desk issues and a notable reduction in manual workload for our IT team. The AI-driven automation enabled the system to proactively detect and address issues before they escalated, which decreased downtime and enhanced overall efficiency. IT personnel were able to manage and resolve tickets on the go without disruption, resulting in higher productivity. The streamlined workflows not only improved service desk performance but also increased user satisfaction while reducing the recurrence of incidents.
