I’m a senior client services assistant at NIDMAR. We develop education, research, and policy resources to reduce the impact of disability by promoting workplace reintegration programs for workers, employers, and society.

We needed help creating an AI tool to help prospective candidates understand their eligibility to become certified within our organization. We also needed another AI platform to help professionals put in case scenarios to receive feedback on their cases.

deltAlyz Corp. developed the AI tools. One of the tools was a chatbot, and the other was a scenario builder. For the chatbot, users could go to our website and tell the bot their background, including education and experience, to determine if they were eligible to apply to become certified. If they weren’t eligible, the bot would tell them what steps they should take.

I only communicated with one teammate, but I know there were others in the background.

We built a POWER BI system to intigrate multiple systems. This let us view our sales data as well as inventory, COGS and overall KPI's for logistics. We also built a direct mail platform.

Usability and multi system analytics and the ability to rely on the data as correct. These were all accomplished very well by Rabi and his team.

I can't say enough about Rabi and his team. I have personally referred them to about 6-7 friends of mine. deltAlyz Corp. did the work they said they would, on time and on budget. I was very happy.

I found that Rabi and his team did a great job of combining technical skills with the analytical sense of the "WHY". For our project, we needed both techincal skills as well as someone to look at this from another lens to see that the platform would accomplish what we were attempting to do. This is a big strenght of Rabi and his team.
