While it's still early days since launch, and we don't yet have downstream metrics like conversion rates or lead volume, several concrete outcomes already demonstrate the success of this project: - Speed: Delivered a complete website redesign, covering copy, design, and backend build, in 4.5 weeks - Quality: Every HubSpot integration was fully tested end-to-end before launch, not just configured and handed off, so we went live with zero known workflow failures - Scope: Rebuilt all 7 core pages with updated content and SEO groundwork, and stood up 4 distinct conversion pathways (Request a Demo, Contact Us, gated content, Meet Us), each with its own workflow and SLA We're now tracking form fill volume by pathway, demo-to-booked meeting rate, and organic traffic movement, and expect a clearer picture of downstream impact within 30 to 60 days.

Project management was one of the strongest parts of working with this team. Our main project manager was excellent, proactive, and organized, always a step ahead of our needs. When she was out, the backup PM stepped in seamlessly and was just as attentive, so there was never a gap in momentum or communication. Communication ran through Slack for day-to-day questions and quick turnarounds, with email used for anything that needed more formal documentation. What stood out most was the structure of our check-ins: rather than just hearing updates secondhand through the PM, every team member actively working on the project joined the call directly. That meant we could ask questions and get answers in real time, instead of waiting on relayed information. The team consistently delivered on the timelines we agreed to, and when something needed to shift, we heard about it early rather than being surprised. Overall, the level of responsiveness and attentiveness made a complex project feel genuinely well managed from start to finish.

What impressed me most was the caliber of the team Darly puts in front of clients from day one. In our very first meeting, they brought the actual people who would execute the work, not a sales team promising resources they would figure out later, which has been the norm with quite a lot of agencies I've evaluated across my (long) Marketing career. Every contributor on this project operated at a high level of expertise, and it showed in the quality and speed of execution throughout. Equally important was how they managed us as a client relative to their broader business. We were never made to feel like a lower-priority account, even when I asked them to compress the timeline near the end of the project. They were upfront about needing to balance that request against other client commitments, and they still delivered! That level of operational discipline and honesty is rare in a vendor relationship, and it's exactly what you want from a long-term partner. I would recommend Darly without hesitation and plan to bring them into future projects.

The only minor note is that we ran into some QA items during the review cycles...small inconsistencies across pages that we had to flag and cycle back on. It never affected our timeline, and the team was fast to fix everything we surfaced. But if I had to find something very minor - perhaps a bit more front-loaded QA. It's a very very small thing in the context of an otherwise excellent partnership.
