Contrast & Co. provided an expansion of existing brand collateral with a cohesive brand-story and tagline resulting in new brand guidelines, helped source a web developer that met our needs and budget, designed website wire-framing that deployed the new brand guidelines and best practices in UX in collaboration with the web developer, as well, as examples of copy for the new website.

Contrast consistently sends updates and check-ins, never letting too much time pass without follow up. Deliverables are ready on-time, and Contrast does an excellent job making up for delays that may occur on the client side to stay on schedule. The point of contact is deeply involved in the project and knows your key stakeholders very well.

We needed a complete rebrand, not just graphical and visual but also a high need for verbal identity.

Contrast & Co. has updated and refreshed our logo and graphics. They've also created a complete manifesto, language, and specific challenge to our industry across both production and equipment capability. In addition, they've provided internal examples using the branding, including web, print, photography, case studies, and posters. Moreover, they've created marketing materials and collateral materials, including business cards, stationery, and cover pages.

Contrast & Co. has delivered an original deck, including messaging, manifesto, and verbal and visual identities. We've given them some feedback, and they've stood up the entire brand standard site. The team has also performed some updates, which have been more iterative.Although we don't have quantitative metrics yet due to our company's restructuring, we've received extremely good feedback from our employees, customers, and partners. I've been doing this for 30 years, and I consider Contrast & Co.'s work the best branding work ever because I've been invested in the build-out of our brand for over eight years (since our company's inception). Specifically, their verbal identity work around messaging, manifesto, and how we show up in the marketplace has been outstanding.

We approached Contrast&Co with our holding company, Rob Graham Enterprises, and asked them to develop a new name, logo, and brand concept. Deliverables included:

Communication was clear and consistent. We had regular virtual meetings for large milestones and any other questions or needs were addressed in a timely manner via email.

Their approach. By interviewing core members of our team, they documented every idea, considering each one when selecting our company name, values, and other elements.

Originally, there was an in-person deliverable as part of this project. Due to conflicts this did not happen, and we would've liked to possibly see the scope of work reflect that change. That however is a minor detail we were overall pleased with our experience.
